I just wanted to say thank you to Lauren for helping us today. My wife called seeking urgent help, and Lauren directed her to the hospital in order to maintain her life and safety as top priority. She then called multiple times to check on my wife, as well as gave us information for doctors around the valley to help in my wifes treatment. It was really refreshing to not only have someone answer the phone, but to have someone be so open to help us even when we arent their clients! You could tell Lauren really, truly cares about the betterment of others and wants to help in any way she can, even if it means directing someone to go elsewhere.
