Sean is a patient, understanding and insightful man. In my greatest time of need he was there for me and bestowed me with the tools to work through problems on my own that I previously felt unequipped to handle.

Its been almost a year since I started counseling with Sean and to be honest the experience has been truly life changing. I came into this a sad and broken man about to go through a horrible divorce, completely naive to how the whole process works or how even to begin to deal with an entire lifes worth of struggle and hardship. I started going to Sean for therapy after an epic therapy fail, and its been one of the best try again moments Ive experienced. Sean has helped me work through a lot of unresolved/hidden past hurts, helped me see where Ive allowed those past hurts to hinder me, challenged me to do things differently, and supported me to take steps towards seeing myself more holistically and to strive for goals in tangible ways.

He seemed like a great counselor. He told me I needed to be seen by someone with a higher degree and that this is out of his scope. He said he would help me out with the process of finding one. I agreed with the plan. However, after I paid my balance he wasnt willing to help me find the right psychologist that I needed. One time I called him crying asking if he has a referral for me. He said he would talk to my doctor... didn’t hear from him again. Now six months later I’m just as bad or probably much worse than I was before all this. Thank you. Will never seek mental health help again.
