Not worth the price. We were paying over $300 a month for the bare minimum, and they nickel and dime you for add ons like insurance verification, text message reminders (which didn’t work half the time), etc. You can only access it through computers the software is downloaded to, and we were constantly calling chirosecure to help us get back online. We have since switched to a new EHR and have been very happy with them.

Renewal is quick and easy. Plus anytime Ive had any questions, I have received prompt and thorough assistance.

Went with ChiroSecure on recommendation from another doctor due to decent rates. Was informed by insurance carrier by liability limits were not high enough to get accreditation with their company. I needed $250,000 occurance/ $500,000 aggregate, but ChiroSecure doesnt offer a policy with those limits, instead Im forced to pay more for double the limits I need to be accredited and go with 500,000/100,000,000 dollar policy.

I have been using ChiroSecure for several years. They are very quick to respond to my emails or a phone call. I recommend them to other chiropractors that I know. I really cant say much more than that, as they do such a great job that I dont have to talk with them, very often. I guess I could just call to chat and I have a feeling they would do that, that is the way they are. All around a great company to deal with.

This rating is soley due to one employee DIANA (?). Her attitude completely changed when I asked for help filling out the Renewal Application. It seemed as if she couldnt be bothered and check out when I had some additional questions. When I called her out she quickly rushed me over to another representative. DIANA (?) really left a sour taste in my mouth. Where everyone else has been exceptional - she really put a damper on things. Again, this is only to gain awareness of this particular employee - dont catch her while she is in one of her moods. Otherwise, this business has been flawless.
