I have been coming here for 3 weeks now, and I have nothing but great things to say about the facility. It starts with the nice people at the front desk right when you walk in. The physical therapists are great to work with, David and Christian are awesome! Caitlyn is my Nurse Practitioner, and she is also great! My Chiropractor is Dr.Healy and he has helped me so much with my chiropractic care. My lower and middle back is much better and I have made significant progress. I can now sleep on my back and it not wake me up as much as it did before, and daily activities aren’t as irritating. I have 5 more weeks of therapy and I’m very happy with my results so far!

I am a competitive horseback rider who has been suffering from headaches and migraines most of my adult life. I came to Arizona Pain Relief with severe pain in both shoulders neck hips and groin. The pain was so bad i was only sleeping 1-3 hours at night.Dr Mitch evaluated my situation and began with adjustments. He started with lidocaine injections to help restore mobility. I was also given neck exercises to help strengthen areas that were troubled.When it became evident the shoulders were slow healing, he suggested a stem cell injection. That coupled with exercises and my use of relief factor has returned me to a pain free state again. One of the best rehab- clinics in Phoenix! They are very professional, thorough and most of all friendly. I have had an extremely positive experience at Arizona Pain Relief. I initially came in seeking help for lower back and right knee pain and the team was able to diagnose the long term issues that were causing the pain as well as develop a treatment and physical therapy protocol to address them. Their plan has allowed me to get back to 100% mobility and feeling great. Having a full range of services available in one practice (chiropractic, medical, PT, administrative) made coordination of care extremely easy and allowed me to simply focus on getting better. Because I sought treatment when I did, I should be able to avoid injuries/conditions that could easily have led to major surgery as I get older. Even if you are not experiencing pain right now, its important to learn if you have underlying conditions that could cause serious damage in the future. Arizona Pain Relief helped me figure out what I have to do to stay pain free and now I have a great plan to do it.

My initial visit I was charged $75 but my insurance copay was only $40. I was overcharged by $35 even when I told them I had verified they were in network with my insurance. I was seen by chiropractor Alicia Meyers. Many x rays were taken and my neck was adjusted and I had about 70% pain relief. ( I had been having tension headaches for a few months).The second visit blew me away!!! The chiropractor sat me down and showed me my x rays and basically told me I was a train wreck. She said the whole team discussed my case and their recommendation was 36 visits. She insisted I needed to be seen 3-4 times a week (each copay $40 per visit....thats $160 per week!). My insurance would only cover 20 visits per year, so the extra 16 visits would be self pay to a tune of a whopping $4,200+!Alicia recommended neck injections, PT, a visit to one of their MDs who may choose to do stem cell injections, or other therapy. She also recommended 4 different medical supplies including a tens unit, a heel lift, a hip brace and a neck roll support .This was such a high pitch sales technique I felt that she and her finance person were trained by a used car salesmen. When I would not agree to the ridiculous treatment plan, I was refunded the $35 overpayment of my copay.I let them know I could not afford all the visits recommended. I wanted to be seen for just another adjustment but was told that unless I agree to a minimum of 2 times per week, it is against their company policy to allow me to be seen. I would be required to be a cash pay patient at $50 per adjustment ($10 over my insurance copay amount).I will report this unethical company to the Arizona State Insurance Commissioner as well as my health insurance company. Their main interest is filling their pocketbooks, not my well being!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They have been nothing short of amazing in taking care of me and helping me get back to a life free from excruciating shoulder pain. Every single person there is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly masterful at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from chronic pain. I have been a patient at Arizona Pain Relief since 12/2018 working with Dr. Alicia Myers. I initially was diagnosed by my GP with a bulging disk but also suffered with arthritis issues and a issue with my right hip. I also suffered with much stiffness throughout my body. Dr. Myers has improved my mobility and significantly reduced my pain. She has so much enthusiasm and great communication skills. Always discussing what she is about to do. Her professional demeanor and upbeat personality encourages me to continue. I believe my pain has been alleviated through her care and education and therefore my husband is now a patient. She is very dedicated and a reliable source for chiropractic treatment.

Normally I do not leave reviews like this but I feel I need to do this. I love this location or at least I did until recently. The normal older staff members are awesome. The Nurse Practitioner is the best she is just fantastic. The Receptionist is also great. I have had massages from both massage therapists and they both are great. All the doctors are great as well, however the Floor Exercise Lady is the worst. She blows you off and doesnt seem to know what exercises need to be done. What I witnessed was she seemed to be more interested in get herself a doctor rather to too help the patients. I left my name off because I do not want to receive anymore pain from this person because I still have treatments to be done.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The team at Arizona Pain Relief did exactly what they said they would and much more. I went there because of a pinched nerve and from day one was blown away by their professionalism, dedication and skills. The doctors were amazing, caring and thorough and the support team worked in unison to help me improve. I can honestly say that because of this entire team I am better. My pain is gone and I learned invaluable tools to strengthen my body. I am very thankful to this team and can’t wait to recommend them to all my friends.

After an acute neck injury, I messed around for a week or so with a The Joint membership (what fun that was to get canceled, ugh!) before deciding that I needed to seek real medical treatment. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Frogley and the team at the Scottsdale APR clinic. Within a few weeks after beginning my treatment plan that involved adjustments, physical therapy, and trigger point injections my pain, which had been extreme, was minimal and managed without any kind of medications. Learn from my mistake and when you have pain, dont mess around, but head straight to the team at APR.

I have struggled with chronic neck and back pain for years and until finding this practice, I felt it was impossible to find a doctor and staff that would be determined to find a solution. Doctor Jensen really takes time to get to know you as a person and medically. The visits are not rushed. Doctor Jensen really took time to go over my MRI results and explain in terms I could understand what was going on and how he planned to help correct the issue. He is warm and kind. His passion is clear, I will never trust anyone else with my back. Im so blessed Ive found a doctor like him. Ive had 4 procedures so far and feel like there is so much hope, I am getting relief! The staff is also amazing! Maria at the front counter, always greets you with a warm smile and hello. Maria takes time to schedule your appointments ahead of time with time slots that work for you! Maria also makes sure you are good to go after procedure with a juice or ice pack when needed and takes you to your car. She interacts well with all of my family and shows she really loves her job and the patients! From the moment you walk in, Maria makes you feel at home. Maria its top-notch! Mallory is the tech who takes vitals, takes blood And gives IVS. I suffer from chronic anxiety and she has never made me feel ridiculous for being emotional or nervous before a procedure. Mallory is gifted at calming me down, talking me through my anxiety and making sure I thoroughly understand any procedure I may be having. She has really taken the time to get to know myself and family that takes me to my appointments and works so hard to make every visit a great one. She is so warm and the passion for her job and patients shows every visit. This practice wouldnt be the same without her attention to detail and patient care. Its hard to find someone like Mallory! Faye is a tech (not sure of title) that is in the procedure room with you but also greets you before hand as well. Faye is amazing! She also had chronic back pain and has shared her experience with me about being treated by doctor Jensen, she didnt have to do this, but it really put my mind at ease. Faye has also really helped me through my anxiety and had spent alot of time explaining procedures and the care needed afterwards. Faye truly makes a big impact! The anesthesiologist are also always extremely kind a warm. If you are looking for relief, a practice that treats you like family and a doctor that you can trust, this is your place!

Dr. Frogley is a master of his craft! I have been a patient of Dr. Frogley for approximately four years now, and I refuse to see any other Chiropractic provider. Dr. Frogleys professionalism, bedside manner, and patient rapport are unmatched by anyone that I have encountered in the industry (I have lifelong back issues, and I have been seen by many others).Dr. Frogley fully invests in his patients, and their Chiropractic needs. I still remember my first encounter with him many years ago, and was instantly shocked by his understanding of the trauma a mothers body endures during childbirth. Dr. Frogley is always quick to explain the suspected sources of pain, along with their respective treatments.No detail goes unnoticed, and no pain goes untreated in the care of Dr. Frogley.

The environment is very friendly and knowledgeable. They taught me exercises that really help. For example, theyve been working on my lower core. Apparently thats an area that is rarely worked on in general core exercises, however it makes such a difference. I feel like I can walk more fluidly and with greater ease.

Dr. Alisha Meyers is GIFTED. She has helped me so much in reducing pain, and adjusts very specific to ME, not a preset routine. Im grateful to have found her here!I have also had PT here in the past, and it was extremely effective in rehabbing my long-time injured shoulder.

Dr Myers has been great. They work to fix the underlying problem vs just the symptoms. I had bad lower back pain that has come and gone over the last many years. Dr Meyers is treating it chiropractically and recommend that I see the regenerative guys. I have 3 shots in my right side and is so much better while the left still hurts. Next up is the left side. Also, the office staff is top notch!

Arizona Pain Relief is amazing. I was in the area on a business trip and an old back injury flared up in a massive way - to the point I couldn’t walk and had to be wheel chaired into their office. They are absolute miracle workers and I can’t say enough great things about them. Every person in the office is kind, compassionate, timely, and thorough. Leah, Casey, and Catherine were incredibly helpful in getting me worked in on a last minute basis and making me feel at home. Kevin - in physical therapy was first class all the way. Jeff the PA was also very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. And Dr. Sims, I can’t say enough about his compassion and treatment expertise! The fact that I literally couldn’t walk in and I walked out on my own 30 minutes later is unreal. You guys are the best - too bad you don’t have a satellite location in South Carolina! The staff couldnt be nicer. They are polite, compassionate and make you feel like family. I came to this location to find some relief for my upper and lower back. After a few visits my upper back was feeling so much better. My lower back is still hurting a bit. The staff however, hasnt given up on me and continue to do their best to find the most suitable treatment for my condition. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Dr. Meyer and the rest of the staff have done wonders for my shoulder. When I came in my right shoulder was in heavy pain and I couldnt even lift my arm over my head. So far three weeks in I am back to overhead pressing 100+ lbs over my head and deadlifting a significant amount of weight. They not only address the pain with adjustments and injections but they show you how to make the muscles stronger to prevent the injury from occurring again. Put the work in and you will get the results.

I really appreciate the caution and attention to detail the staff provides. If you need any type of injection the do some imaging first to make sure they are going in to the correct area, never had a more thorough experience with a medical staff. On top of that they remember my name, and more importantly my medical history. Thats for such a great and personable experience!

The company came to my work location they were short massage therapists, I was offered free EXAM, but the EXAM does not include a massage session. I dont feel like going to a Doctor 2 or 3 times a week. The woman that comes to my work location is super nice however I am just disappointed with the facility itself.

These wonderful people helped get my son out of chronic back pain. In eight weeks he received professional, caring, treatment and is now able to be a normal 14 yet old who can do the things he couldn’t do before! These people are fantastic- thank you so much!

I broke my metatarsal and though the break was healed, I was not able to continue to run without pain and over the course of several months began suffering back, shoulder and neck pain because I was overcompensating my foot pain while running. I agreed to a 6 week treatment plan because I knew I needed to get to the cause of the pain, not just treat the outer issue. Dr. Frogley is a runner so he understood my pain and not only provided pain relief through adjustments and TPI, he also gave me wonderful advise on running posture, gait and shoe guidance without coming across pushy or accusatory. He literally saved my mind while fixing my body. I need to run for mental clarity and am beyond happy to be back on track. My experience was so great that I sent my mom to see Dr. Frogley and he reduced her pain by 60% in only three visits. The office is fantastic! Dr Meyers is very caring and friendly. I was in a great deal of pain but wanted to correct the problem not place a bandaid on it with pain management daily prescription drugs. The approach of strengthening, chiropractor care, relaxation, antiinflammatories, trigger point injections, and improving diet truly is a winning combination. There sister office is used for stem cells and injections for pain management (epidural, stem cells etc). The combination care has relieved so much pain and I can function so much better from sleeping to doing daily functions. Highly recommend this friendly and caring office whos staff demonstrate professional care each visit.

This office is absolutely THE best!!!! I have had chronic pain for years and was extremely limited in mobility and every day functions. The treatments I have received have been phenomenal. My quality of life has been dramatically improved and I can resume regular day to day activities. I am free of pain and they have been able to get me here without the use of medications and/or narcotics.

First I came to Arizona pain relief and paid for massage therapy because I was having serious pain in my lower back. The massage therapy was excellent but I still wasn’t getting completely recovered. I decided to go through their whole system and I’m very glad I did. Not only has my back pain gone away but their goal was to help me find a long-term relief. After years of lower back pain that no amount of stretching, exercise, rest or ice/heat could help, I took the advice of my brother whos a doctor, and went to Arizona Pain Relief (APR). APR takes a holistic approach customized to meet each patients needs. In my case this approach includes stretching, exercise, chiropractic manipulation and shots to relieve chronic sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Im halfway through my treatment and today is the first day in a long time that I can recall waking up without any lower back pain. Great experience so far. Complete treatment for lower back pain I have had for decades. Chiropractor, PT, injections ( hip, joints, and trigger points) and massages. I have had numerous prior treatments for my pain that never really addressed the underlying issues, thus my pain never went away. AZ PR HAS BEEN, FAR AND AWAY, the most successful at treating my pain. I have noticed steady improvement in my mobility with much less pain.I would highly recommend AZ PR to anyone experiencing lower back pain. Ive been going to the Scottsdale office of Az Pain Relief for the last few years. I live in the NW valley but make the hour one way drive once a month because the quality of care is better than any chiropractic office Ive ever been to. I see Dr Myers for my adjustments and she is absolutely the best there is.About a year ago my wife needed help for a shoulder problem. Shes also been seeing Dr Myers and is getting much better. We highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Myers if you need chiropractic care.
