They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES and marked me for non completion on my courses when they Aren’t even due till December 31st how am I supposed to get a hold of them and correct them if they don’t answer their phones! Also the doctor I had that did my screening did it without any of my court paperwork and gave me the most hours and amount of money for classes based of me just telling him my blood alcohol when I could have lied to him!

After someone mentioning I had taken a pill from a prescription bottle I was forced under threat of removal to reveal in front of entire group what my medicine was and was then called a heroin junkie by the instructor. Upon complaining I was again threatened and again forced to prove I had prescriptions. Took threats from my attorney to get a half-hearted apology and switched to a new instructor.

Unprofessional. Waiting for my significant other to do screening, and while waiting one of the front desk ladies, was talking about how rude a former patient was. Going into details of the patients history in front of me. The manager condoning talking about the patient in a negative light, how the patient could not afford to reinstate with the facility. I just hope that once me and my significant other leave, they do not discuss the case with the other office staff in the open for others to hear. Also when another office employee asked a front desk lady to do something she was very rude to the other employee.

DO NOT SEND PATIENTS TO THIS FACILITY. The Arizona Department of Health, Mental Health Unit has been notified investigate the practices of this facility. After $200 forced to pay up front and large laboratory bills mailed to patients for services that were not delivered, and being asked to sign forms which State that if patients receive large bills, just ignore them. The bills for some patients total $4000+. Genetic testing is offered and buccal samples collected. But the director and staff do not know how to interpret them. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

Friendly enough staff but completely unprofessional. They will all tell you different things and lie to you. It is hard to get ahold of staff here as well, as they dont pick up the phone fast, and their voicemail is typically full. They are scammers and the fact that they are in the mental health profession is quite damaging actually!

This office is a disgrace to the mental health profession. Watch out. The first problem I had was the secretary asked me to pay $200 above the copay out of pocket. She said it was the cost for the initial appointment because it was a longer than normal appointment. When I said no, she then told me that they could wave the $200. Sounds fishy to me. That followed up with terrible customer service. The Dr canceled on me at 6 PM the night before my first appointment giving me no time to find another DR. I explained to him and his staff the day I booked the appointment one week prior that I was going to run out of medication on the day of our appointment. They offered to reschedule me 15 days after the day I ran out of medicine. They could NOT give me a prescription to cover me for the 2 weeks and they didnt have a DR that was taking care of Dr Gazdas patients while he was away. The secretary told me that based on the medication I was on that I would not go through withdrawals. This was based on her opinion because the Dr was already gone. If your not a Dr. dont talk about what effects could or could not happen if you are taken off a prescription that you have been on for 4 or more years.

I recently bought a new phone and this place has been calling me endlessly looking for the person that had the number before me. I call them back to tell them to stop calling, and they never answer the phone. I had to email them. They replied the calls would stop.
