I have been working with Dr Martha Grout for 20 years.Martha is a voice of reason and knowledge. She looks at things that come up with my health in the widest lens of anyone i have ever met. Martha has three ways she looks at things in my opinion--1) western medicine 2) eastern medicine 3)her own medicine!i have worked with many doctors and healers in my 60 years--and i trust her with my life over all of them combined...and i know that might sound funny...but i mean it...but she is also very clear that she can lead me to the pond-but i have to drink the water...she can help me see my way to the pond even on the darkest nights--and for this i will always be grateful!Martha and her team are top-notch--they can help the sickest people out there with an ease and humility you wont find anywhere else!

My husband and I are thankful to have a doctor like Dr. M Grout who listens and advises/treats accordingly. She and her staff are professional as well as personally caring. I have been going to her for preventative care for 4+ years and have never been healthier at 78 years old. My husband and I do everything we can alternatively and we are healthy and happy.

We felt that the primary goal of Dr Grout was to separate us from our money rather than healing. Very high rates for everything from blood draws to brief phone consults. $145 to take a vial and prep it, $800 for a test that the lab that would actually process it advertises at $500. After a number of tests that were basically quackery, Dr Grout recommended a risky procedure for a diagnosis that is no longer recognized as valid. I would not recommend.

This is one of the few places that I would send someone I love to receive treatment for a serious condition such a cancer or Lyme disease. As a medical student I did a rotation through this clinic and found their staff and faculty exceptional. Come to the clinic and check it out for yourself.

I was diagnosed with West Lymes disease on October 21, 2016 in my home town of California. I was sent by my doctor to an infectious disease specialist. The problem that occurred for me at this time was that there was not a specialist who truly met my care expectations of treating this disease. They all wanted to send me off with a Doxy med and best wishes of there is no treatment for recovery. This facility, Arizona Center for Advanced Medicine has treated my disease with detailed information, specific care plans, the utmost personal care, treatment program exactly for my personal needs, and straightforward counseling, and monitoring. The Dr. Martha Grout is directly involved in my treatment plan, updates, and status.Every patient I have seen here since my treatment plan began have also been treated in this manner -- individually for there specific treatment needs.I am improving greatly and hope for a full and complete result of wellness from this horrible bacteria and my personal symptoms. I feel this way because I can see, feel, and understand whats is happening to my body, what it will take to manage my condition, and what range of results I can expect from my treatments. And because I greatly respect and trust my doctor to care I recover to the best possible state of wellness.Thank you AZCAM! I look forward to getting back to my full lifestyle because I came right away upon diagnosis. And because I believe I am being treated the best way possible from your facility. And because I am getting better, when I see other people around me in this town and where I stay that are seeking care for the same disease I have, at other places, and not improving as I have from being here.Thank you AZCAM. I am so grateful!

When I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, my first concern was where I could find treatment. Research brought me to the Arizona Center for Advanced Medicine (AZCAM), which is under the direction of Dr. Martha Grout. After having a port put in for easy access during treatment, I began a 2 month course of IV antibiotics, administered competently and efficiently by the AZCAM med techs. The IV room was comfortable, but lacked a TV, which would have provided a diversion from the long hours of daily treatment. In addition to the required antibiotics for Lyme treatment, Dr. Grout, who oversees each patients progress, prescribed a regimen of IV vitamins and immune boosting amino and Lipoic acids. Weekly blood draws assured that the patient was responding well to treatment. AZCAMs goal is to give each patient the best shot at regaining their health. At he end of treatment, the AZCAM doctors follow up on the patients continuing recovery, and are available by phone or email if needed. On a personal note, getting treatment for my Lyme was the best decision I made regarding my health! I feel 95% recovered, and have returned to my normal, active life! The biggest downside to Lyme treatment is that it is VERY EXPENSIVE, and most of the protocol, including the weekly blood work, was NOT covered by our insurance.
