Wow! Where did all your reviews go? Paying google to take off what everyone has been saying about you? Today when i called to get my daughters g-tube I was told I would have to call back next week and order then they could get it to me the next week. When I told Joann, no your wrong we get a gtube kit every 2 months, please check again she told me, no I was wrong and that we get a gtube every 3 months. I again told her she was incorrect to please check again. We got a letter of medical necessity months ago and they have been complying to it and that she needs to check again. I also shared with her she was really stressing me out. She told me she wasnt going to help me if I kept talking to her that way. I told I wasnt doing anything wrong, I was letting her know she was wrong and this whole interaction was quite stressful for me. She transferred me to Erika who confirmed I was upsetting her team and that she was going to call DSCC to let them know about it. I said please do! I asked to speak with her manger and she told me he wasnt there and then after probing told me Carol wouldnt be in until Monday. I told her what they were doing was harassing me and that it wasnt right. I told her I wanted her boss to contact me and we ended the call. I then called DSCC to let them know the shenanigans were happening (again) and that they were denying my daughters medical equipment. During this call Erika called me back to let me know Im sorry, I found the letter of medical necessity and we will have the gtube out to you on Monday. This is the 3rd time I can think of this has happened. It appears the notes they make about their dislike for me are bigger and easier to find than my daughters actual orders about her supplies. She let me know our account had been updated and that her chart was marked with the correct information (Sounds just like last time). Why is this such a fight? Is Erika paying for my daughters supplies? Does Total not get paid for being my daughters medical supplier? Why does this keep happening? And where did my last review talking about all of this the last time go? Someone needs to hold these people accountable. And Erika she has gt to go. The amount of stress and grief she gives to people that are already struggling that have already fought this battle and proven the victor isnt right. Does she not know the population she is serving? How out of touch is she? All I can say is I hope Carol calls me back. She didnt last time, but they sent the syringes so I didnt call to see why she hadnt responded to my message. Did she even get my message? Does she even know what going on?
