I am delighted that Dr. John Moore of University Physicians is my primary care doc. He is always punctual and I have no wait. He is thorough and listens and explains his diagnoses and treatment completely such that I understand. I have no complaints and only positive regard.

I have been a patient of Dr Moore since 2011. He is personable, thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable about my health issues. His explanations are clear and complete. I have a high level of confidence in his judgment. His staff is efficient and he manages his schedule very well. It is very rare that I am kept waiting beyond my appointment time and I am often seen early. I recommend him without reservation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moores for about a year. I spend a lot of time in NYC and have an established relationship with a Primary Care Physician there. Knowing this, Dr. Moore understood the situation and agreed that he would be my Savannah doctor. The wait time in the office is short, the front desk is friendly, the nurses are friendly and efficient and Dr. Moore has given me excellent medical care. He checks your meds before giving you a new prescription, listens attentively and answers questions during office visits and is quick to reply when I message him on my chart. I would recommend him highly.

When moving to a new area, finding the perfect physician can get challenging. I went to one place where the office staff told me that waiting for an hour was ok because their Doctor was so good it was worth the wait. Well, I didnt stay there long. I asked around on the social sites and was referred by many to Dr. John Moore. His office is top notch, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes, the staff is super friendly and Dr. Moore....well lets just say that he is a very caring thorough physician. I wont be looking any farther!

Dr. John Moore is very attentive and thorough with my multiple health issues. He is always on time, haven’t had to sit more then 15-30 minutes for them to bring me back. He sits down and explains everything every time I go there. He also keeps all my other physicians in the loop and works in conjunction with my specialists. Called in an RX on 1/27/20. Was told it takes 24hrs, I called my pharmacy to find it had yet to be sent on 1/28/2020. I called this office and a young lady told me she would resend it just to find out again it had not been done. After 4 hours and 3 phone calls of being told repeatedly it was resent, Im now waiting in the office for them to have the Dr APPROVE my medication.
