Theyre honestly horrible lol theyre just really rude and dont properly communicate. almost every person at the front desk is rude and its obvious theyre not empathic or sympathetic. they really inconvenience people. if it werent for the resources Id go somewhere else. but it sucks that it is this way towards people who may be low income or really struggling.

My experience has been great!!! The staff are wonderful and I love how they have revamped their open access process. Glad to see and experience these changes.

Out of the 7 people I had to talked to only one of them had a heart, the rest seemed annoyed and made me very uncomfortable, my BP was 185 over 109 ,got there at 7:45 ,left at 12:30 and had to come back at 2 to pick up meds at pharmacy, 2:30 and still waiting for them.I understand that we with mental illnesses can be sometimes hard to deal with but that is why we came here ..We cannot help it, have a heart please

Unlike all of these 1 star reviews, Ive actually found myself enjoying my time here. Its been easy to walk in and get an appointment, and my psychiatrist is SOOO attractive!

Do not go here if you expect them to help you in any sort of way. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Your problems do not matter to them, they have the mindset of “it’s not my problem so why should I care?” It is impossible to reach the doctor. If you want anything from them, like an appointment or records, I recommend asking at least 2 months in advance. Even if you have an appointment you will still see the doctor, on average, an hour after your appointment time. They do not deserve this one star they deserve no stars. If you want a horrible and stressful experience then come on down to the Savannah counseling services!

If I could give this a negative star, I definitely would. They are ALWAYS at least 40 minutes behind on appointments. Ive only found one front office person that is not rude and knows what she is doing. They do not return phone calls about scheduling or rescheduling appointments, which forces a person to just show up and wait to be seen or make an appointment in person. This is needlessly time consuming, unprofessional and inconvenient. If the referral process wasnt so annoyingly complicated, I would have found a better place already.

Literally the worst. I cried everytime I called. Their staff is rude and they clearly hate their jobs. The counselor I saw was very nice and the scheduling lady was super nice and very patient as well, but thats it.

Id give it less than 1 star but you have to choose at least one.The receptionists are awful. I stood there in line waiting to simply CHECK IN for almost half an hour. I finally just left.They never answer their phones.Seriously, if you have ANY OTHER OPTION for your mental health care needs, choose the other option.I leave this place in a bad mood every time I have to go there.

This place is very unprofessional unorangized ,unruly the workers have attiudes and get mad with you when your trying to explain yourself and to make matters worst the office manager LaRhonda Fuller is a witch reverse.

Everytime I go I have to wait over an hour from my appointment time. They even try to reschedule you so they can leave at the scheduled time.... Unprofessional, ineffective and a waste of time.

Somewhat rude black ladies working the desks. After waiting 4 hrs there I was told to come back in 2 weeks to see someone because a counselor was out sick. They did give me a bus pass for my troubles. Lol.

Very unhelpful will not schedule appointments say I have to come add a walk in which takes all day was just seen last week and immediately had a very bad reaction to the meds called immediately told all I could do is come as a walk in
