Had an amazing experience with Jennifer C and Chrissy at Wilton Medical Arts. We were waiting for a script for our daughter and they were so accommodating by helping to check on it. I called several times and they they didnt even get frustrated after my numerous calls. In addition BOTH of them followed up and called me when it arrived!Thank you! Great job

I go there often...it is usually a zoo...have been lost in the system several times...It is a complex system, going through the same system over and over again, failing computer systems, waiting while others who arrived after you are processed. The staff is always nice ....it is the system nobody knows how to fix it. Hopefully they check the closets for any overnighters.

Got an order just for chest x-rays, that I dont freaking need to begin with. How long does it take to get a technician. I have other things to do and I will be leaving here in about 5 minutes. I have seen people come in after me and be seen. People have lives you know. I hate going to see the doctor just for this reason. This place is terrible. I see workers walking back and forth on their phones. Unbelievable. I feel sorry for those that are really in need of any form of medical attention here.

Went in with what I assumed was strep. The test came back negative and I was told it was probably just allergies. The PA spent less than 5 minutes with me, didnt perform a thorough medical exam, and offered no other explanation or opinion... basically just listened to *my* assumption- you know, the person with no medical license- instead of doing her job. Was charged for an ER visit even though its not at all an ER, with an outrageous $250 copay. The next day it had gotten worse so I went to a different Urgent Care where they told me I had mono. Dont waste your time. Go literally anywhere else.

I was worried based on all of the negative reviews that I may have a similar poor experience to others, but with my symptoms on a Sunday I didn’t have any other options on what to do or where to go.From the minute I walked through the door a friendly receptionist made good conversation with me, I was seen immediately by a nurse who kept up the friendliness and conversation. The doctor check up itself was fast and effective and I was on my way to get a prescription in a short amount of time. As a whole I had an excellent experience and would recommend the place.

I wish there was an option for negative stars because that’s how horrid this place is. These people from the moment you walk into the place to the moment you walk out are all horribly miserable. People that come in here are sick, aren’t the individuals that work there supposed to help us? How are y’all going to help with your negative attitudes? Every person I met when I went there was so negative and horrible to be around I genuinely thought I was on punk’d. From the dark haired receptionist to the male nurse that took a look at me for 20 seconds and decided to prescribe me the medicine that I am....ALLERGIC TO! Never again lol I would rather drive far away to somewhere with a caring staff than go to this place. Not helpful and rude. Many people I told about this agree as well. Do better.

I agree what a lot of people who say that they dont give out antibiotics easily, thats why I dragged my feet in going. But I was sick of it. Glad I did. It was a 45 minute wait, of which I didnt care. It was a Sunday! People there all had masks. After an hour or so, I left with a chest exam done, 3 scripts, one being an antibiotic. People were kind. Being here 2 and a half hours already, I have been diagnosed with having the flu (after 2 hours), I am sweating here with 102 F and every time someone comes it takes about 30 minutes to come back. Level of care is fine but be aware even though this is not an emergency room, they will bill your insurance as though it is. He paid his copay and then 30 days later we receive a bill equal to an emergency room copay.

If you want to be treated like you are completely stupid and know nothing about your own body or what you are feeling or be made to feel like you are only med seeking for the fun of it then this is the place to go. Techs, nurses and PAs are all horrible. I was in and out quickly but that is only because they did nothing for me. Use a different Urgent Care, perhaps one where they check to see if their staff has actually completed any schooling related to the medical field but this one surely does not check that....someone pretending to be a doctor in a back alley some where would give better medical care than this.

Avoid Wilton Medical Arts Urgent Care as part of Saratoga Hospital at all costs. I was there last week and had the most awful care ever imaginable. I had been diagnosed with bronchitis and given zero meds. I asked for a nebulizer, steroids, and antibiotic but was told absolutely not for all for anything. The only thing I was given was an attitude and an inhaler prescribed with an OptiChamber Diamond (which I never heard of or needed before and was later told later by CVS that such a device would be REQUIRED for children who have trouble with inhalers; NOT adults who are frequent proper users of their inhalers). It actually made the inhaler not work properly. My health upon leaving and without being given meds continued to deteriorate and I had to go to another Urgent Care on Long Island to get properly treated. I was given EXACTLY what I knew would work: nebulizer, steroids, an antibiotic, and a cough medicine...to feel better literally the same day. I wouldn’t send my cat to Wilton Arts Urgent Care...or anyone ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of bedside manner and medical care. After keeping me for five hours, I left feeling completely tortured and uncared for at all. Thank goodness for the follow up Urgent Care I had to travel four hours downstate to get amazing care at as I give a proper shout out to CityMD in Plainview, New York. I am giving one star ONLY BECAUSE ZERO SEEMS TO NOT BE AN OPTION.

I have gone here twice, and my husband once and none of our experiences were positive. I had a sinus infection and after asking for antibiotics was refused. After getting much worse, I had to go and pay to see another doctor somewhere else and get medication. I also went to see about an issue with a cut and a swollen painful mass in the muscle of my finger. I was advised to get an X-ray, when I asked the PA if she thought that was actually necessary, she told me no, that it was simply so I would emotionally feel better. I don’t have money to spend on a procedure that will “make me feel emotionally better”. I went to the doctor so I could rely on her medical license to tell me the best course of action, not for me to have to double check her own suggestion. My advice- it’s worth the drive to go anywhere else.

Beware! This is a Hospital run Urgent Care center. I had made an appointment to come in and see a doctor for a persistent cough. I clarified with the finance person, who ran my insurance through, that the cost was a $40 copay which I paid. Even with an appointment I waited more than 45 min in the waiting room. After seeing 2 assistants with 20+ min waits after each of them the nurse practitioner came in. Exam was minimal. Listened to my chest. I had to request she look at my ears and throat. Sent me for a chest xray. Another 1 hr wait, finally the NP comes back and gives me a RX even though she indicated it was probably a virus. A month later I get a bill for $889. Reason - This is a Hospital owned urgent care so you pay hospital emergency room rates (not office visit rates) AND on top of that you pay a NYS Hospital surcharge for all services. Their ads and information supplied by the staff there was very misleading and very costly to me.

I tell her my normal weight but explain it’s since dropped 6 pounds in 2 weeks and she responds “ok so I’ll enter your normal weight”. Not listening at all. Next nurse comes in and tells me the results for my bloodwork are normal. I said “well at least there isn’t a parasite.” The nurse nodded in agreement. Turns out, no tests were run for a parasitic infection, nothing was even mentioned about a parasite on my record and I am still having symptoms. I was basically treated as though I was making every symptom up. My records also stated I wore eyeglasses. I explained I’ve never worn them in my life and the tech looked at me as though I were making that up. This place is a joke.

I went back a second time, they redrew the blood and sent me on my way. I just got a call from my OB-GYN that the lab messed up yet AGAIN and that I will have to go get my blood redrawn for a THIRD time. I am not sure what happened and how they managed to mess up a routine blood work panel twice. I will not be using this lab in the future.

Ive been to Wilton Medical Arts four times now. The last two times, the level of care that I received was abysmal. I was seen last week for a severe rash that was very quickly brushed off as flea bites by the staff. Four days and four appointments with my regular doctors later, I am now on five new medications and being tested for Lupus. I would usually let one or even two bad experiences go, and have in the past for Wilton Medical Arts, but this visit was too much. The entire staff seemed very quick to brush me off and be rid of me. At the prior visit, my nurse continually rolled his eyes at me in lack of patience, and actually told me that it was be easier to obtain samples for lab work if I just passed out, as I have anxiety regarding doctors and lab tests. I voiced my concerns regarding this nurse to other staff members, who, again, were quick to brush me off and make excuses. I found all of this completely unacceptable, and would absolutely not trust my health in the hands of Wilton Medicals Arts again.

I was told since I had not been in over five years, I am considered a new patient. I know that this is an insurance issue as much as the facility, but after multiple calls and being ducked back and forth between the hospital and the insurance company I am still left wondering how I could get sick with the flu and end up responsible for over $600 of fees for someone to stick a giant plastic swab into my nasal cavity and tell me to go back to sleep.

Awful. I was seen yesterday by urgent care first thing in the morning, I was one of the first people there and still waited for extended amount of time. Finally I was taken into the back by a friendly nurse but then placed in a side room and continued to wait a lengthy amount of time to be seen by the doctor. For being one of the first people in the door at opening the wait time should not have been so long. I was seen for a red swollen eye and was prescribed medicine for pink eye. Today my eye was still red and swollen so I contacted the medical department to see if they could issue me a drs note to have me out for work today and tomorrow instead of just today, and the response given was so unprofessional and honestly offensive. I was told is your eye still bad or are you just trying to get another day off from work. I responded that I would like another day because my eye is still red and swollen and I don’t have a job where I can sit at a desk, that my job can be very demanding so I’d like to have one more day to recover. Which turned into an argument of I don’t need another day off I’m no longer contagious and if I want a note to go get re evaluated somewhere else. A simple no I can’t do that wouldn’t have been just fine instead of questioning my illness and/or if I just didn’t want to go to work. It is completely unnessecary to treat patients in such a rude and unprofessional manner... especially after being prescribed something for pink eye- the condition was obviously present, why is the illness even being questioned unless you can not properly do your job. I will never return to Wilton medical arts. I have heard the horror stories about this place but never expected it to actually be that awful.
