I seldom write online reviews but I felt compelled to write one on Dr. Sean Paul. For anyone who has been unsure or struggling with who to see for mental health help, I highly recommend him. From the moment I met Dr. Paul I felt comfortable and at ease in his office. He listens, he cares, and is an excellent psychiatrist. This combination of qualities are hard to find anywhere. I’m so lucky I found him. He’s changed my life.

Dr. Sean made me feel very comfortable, and made sure I knew I was speaking in a safe place. Being my first experience with a mental health professional, I was very nervous about having to talk about things, but I’m glad I did. I highly recommend Dr. Sean to anyone looking for a psychiatrist. He offers a lot of insight on possible coping/ recovering methods, as well as being available through the patient portal whenever needed.

If you are hesitant at all like me for many, many years and bummed & reluctant to seek help, due to so many physicians just kind of throwing you off, or not truly listening to every single detail you tell; please know that you will be in the very best of hands with Dr. Paul- truly takes his time to find what works best for you and wants all of his clients safe, healthy, and trusting him to make the very best decisions with you 100% involved, and educated, so that you are able to live a wonderful life. I can truly say, I have yet to meet someone so compassionate about their expertise & career. He truly has been a blessing to our family. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am not one to write reviews without a strong conviction of what it is that I am sharing with other people. Dr. Paul is by far the best psychiatrist that I have seen ito in my 58 years on this earth. Why? He is compassionate understanding and listens to your needs. His breath of knowledge and experience go beyond the “in the box” approach that so many psychiatrist use. For instance he has extensive knowledge on supplements and their effects and does not rush to give you the the drug makers latest samples given out by sales people pushing their new SSRI or any other medication. He takes his time and is very careful with what he prescribes and the dosages. He understands that these medications have all potential side effects and seeks to minimize them. Furthermore, he has given me a genetic test that I can take to see what medication I may be better predisposed to. No one has ever done that for me. Not only is his personality very amiable and compassionate but his knowledge and is deep and wide. He also has an open mind to what May work and not..I’m very happy I came to see him and have become a new client of his.

Dr. Paul put me completely at ease during such a challenging time in my life. I searched high and low for someone that made me feel comfortable but also provided me with a lot of knowledge to make informed decisions; Dr. Paul was exactly what I was looking for. Very grateful to have found him!

Dr. Sean Paul is absolutely wonderful. He is the first doctor in a long time that really listened to my concerns and addressed them. I highly recommend him for both children and adults.

I have avoided seeking psychiatric help for years only using my GP for maintenance medication for my fibromyalgia and have never been treated for my anxiety and depression, I was always afraid of judgment or not being able to speak my truth but Dr. Paul made speaking to him so easy and was beyond understanding. Dr. Sean Paul is one of the best psychiatrist I have been able to find. He is very kind and understanding and genuinely care. I have been in three other doctors prior to finding him and didn’t like any of them. In order to like a physician and feel you in care in good care you need to be able to feel some connection, specially with someone who is going to take care of psyche and how you feel every day so it’s harder and harder to find someone with cares, but with Dr. Paul you won’t every feel this way! He really cares and is there for you to try to find ways to make you feel better! I highly recommend him! :)

Excellent caring physician - highly recommend. Dr Paul from the first meeting is nice, available, very caring and great with teens. Our first meeting was office based. We will be using the virtual meetings also and this is very useful when you have a busy schedule. He takes time to get to know the patient and weighs treatment options carefully - explaining well and providing extra information that is normally not given to help you make decisions. He has shown that he is there when issues arise even outside of appointment times.. He listens and is very easy to talk to. I myself am a healthcare professional so I recognize when another goes above and beyond and Dr Paul does. I feel fortunate to have found him.

I made an appointment for my mother who lives out of state from family, and is temporarily unable to drive. Dr. Paul was able to accommodate us with a teleconference appointment. He was extremely considerate of the situation, and our urgency to meet with him. He talked through options, and recommendations in an easily understood thorough manner, with care and concern. Dr. Paul was very easy to talk with and kept us on point to communicate relevant information needed during this appointment. His compassion, and expertise were exceptional! I am so happy we were able to get an appointment with Dr. Paul!

I found Dr Paul online after not being happy with my current provider. I was amazed when he called me back personally to promptly answer themessage. I then found out through my counselor that he is highly regarded in his field. While I have only met with him once for my evaluation, I found him to have honest concern for my well being. Dr. Sean Paul is amazing. Ive only seen him once so far but am very excited to continue working with him. He has already been helping me cope with my ADD, anxiety and insomnia better than most drs would. He has great flexibility and was able to meet me after I got off work and drive an hour to see him! You cant get that availability anywhere else. He is very nice and is a really fantastic listener and is really willing to work with you about medications, etc. my 2 favorite parts are the messaging system and that he offers telemedicine! If I have any questions, concerns, opinion about changing medication I can log onto a portal and send him message that will go directly to his work phone and he is very responsive, he was answering me until 11 pm! With the telemedicine I dont have to make that hour drive every month or 2 just for a 15 minute check up. Its really convenient that we can have our appointments over the phone and get everything stable. He really truly cares about his patients and wants them to have the life they were supposed to.
