The care received here is outstanding, and the prices are the best in San Diego. Dawn is extremely experienced and over the many years that Ive been her patient, Ive never had any problems or issues with any of the many services Ive received. Dawn has helped me to greatly improve my skin and my health. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else for my med spa services.

Until today, I have always ignored the bad Yelp and Google reviews about this place since over 15 years, Ive had good service here.I was shocked to find this wellness service that puts its practitioners a foot away from their customers faces openly declaring they were not getting vaccinated or wearing masks.Your freedom of choice ends when it endangers another person and endangers the economy. If a medical group doesnt believe in germs or disease transmission, what quality is their treatments?

I was very disappointed to walk in and see 3 people without masks on. Two customers and an employee at the front counter. I stood as far away as I could and asked if they had a mask requirement and was told that they did not, which is in violation of county health orders. We don’t live in TX. One customer started saying she had a breathing problem... whether it’s true or not my objection. Clearly they had 2 other people without masks. They are supposed to be a medical establishment, after all they have the word medical in their business name. If they cared about the safety and health of their customers, rather than just making $$, they would be requiring masks and take the customer with health issues to a private room where they can conduct business rather than 2 maskless people facing each other at the counter. SHAME ON THEM. This is complete hypocrisy. They should be required to take “medical” off their business name because they don’t care about health.

Very well-kept office, pleasant people, friendly care. Dawn is a whirlwind of knowledge and passionate about health. Got the Groupon and now buying other supplement injections. Never knew of a place like this where you can choose your vitamin injections like a menu.

Ive been going here for several months and each time has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly (in person and on the phone), the wait time is not long, the parking is easy, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I enjoy it every time I come here, I see Dawn each time and shes extremely knowledgeable about health, she knows what it takes to be truly healthy, which is not something you get from most places.

If I could go back in time and not buy anything from this place I would. It has been a waste of my money and time. I bought a special on Groupon and then decided that I would by more specials. The laser does not work.I am not happy with the results. They have canceled and postponed my treatments and have promised extra sessions to make up for it. But the person at the front desk does not know whats going on or maybe they pretend so then I feel stupid about inquiring about the extra sessions. The place is dirty and no running water in their restroom. Im really disappointed. They also make their clients wait a long time. Please, do not waste your money. There are other places that appreciate your business and time.

I would not recommend EC Medical Group. Services/pricing not consistent, no purpose to their actions to achieve customer satisfaction. No consistency in business practice. The owner was not willing to do what it takes to keep her customer happy and coming back. I would not recommend EC Medical Group.

Dawn is amazing and really knows her stuff. She won’t make you waste your money on inappropriate procedures or on Theings that won’t work or could cause you harm. She’s really amazing!

This is a Awful place Dont waste your money. The laser does not work at all and the staff is Mean. Sadly I wasted my time and money with this place and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I walked into her office so screwed up from the SYNTHETIC drugs my doctor had me on for years and i was just getting worse...They will help you get you health back. Dawn is the most honest and caring person. She will tell you the truth about what you need to do and its a life change, not an overnight one. If anyone walks out of EC unhappy its only because they didnt hear what they wanted to hear, they heard the truth...She is a Healthcare PROFESSIONAL and actually cares about people. But you have to listen and take her advice. Was not a all happy with the service I got. I spent $900.00 on this vampire face lift 2 of them. The first one was very hard on the face and i BROKE OUT REALLY BAD. I went back to show Dawn and she nade up some excuse...I didnt believe her. Well, they have all my money now. So, I thought I would get this signture peel Which was a joke too. Dawn didnt put the peel solution on all of my face. So, my face dodnt peel at all. I went back to see Dawn again and this she said.That my skin was to health that it wouldnt peel.Why in the help would she tell me before she charged me $ 250..00 buck??????????? What a waste of my money and time Plus the pain I went thought...Please people go to a Doctor that is certified, not a nurse. This place is a RIPE-OFF.from...Debbie

I had a vampire facelift with dermapen done here and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The nurses Shannon and Dawn, as well as the entire staff were awesome. I am so excited that I found this place and cant wait to come back for one of the many other things I want done. As far as the results of the procedure, I look FABULOUS! I went out on Sat night ahd ran into an old friend who told me that I looked great and somehow younger! My coworker keeps staring at me telling me that she cant put her finger on it but I look different and glowing. My eye bags are all but gone and my skin looks 10 years younger. Very exciting!

The staff that answers the phones sucks. I was trying to make an appointment and she was so busy and kept telling me to hold. She raised her voise several times as if she was high on something. I guess the place sucks if the got a 1star review from Dr. Paul VerHoeve. The lady couldnt even answer any of my questions regarding treatments. Lol
