My name is Stephanie RodriguezI have noone just my kid and I have no $ im a ca licensed CMT I been certified since 2002 but because of my brain injury and symptoms I suffer from brain fatigue besides not being able to smellI was on a date n i wasnt driving n it was new yrs eve so I got drunk blacked out hr b4 we left so I didnt know how drunk he was as soon as i say in his jeep i passed out so no seatbelt no airbag he crashed into lightpole going 60mph my chest hit dashboard so hard both lungs collapsed almost bit tongue 3/4 off head hit windshield so hard brain bled in 4 places i was in coma stage 3for 4 days there is no stage 2 or 1. My ins stopped at midnight so docs didnt open skull to remove blood or reduce swelling i just did all the tests my neurologist wanted for me to do he told me aftr tests hed give me meds for energy so I could live a normal life and work like everyone else, yesterday he told me no he wont give me any meds my tests show I wont get seizures and my blood test shows im healthy. He knows closed head brain injury symptoms are worse than open head he knows i get mentally fatigued even by thinking of accident and all the problems Ive had. The d.a. didnt do their job to get me my restitution, ca victims association denied me any help said I shouldnt of got in the car with him. I didnt sue because I said a lawyer shouldnt get 40% they dont have problems accident was 1-1-14 @ 130am..PLEASE HELP I NEED MEDS LIKE ADERALL THEY DO PRESCRIBE IT TO SEVERE BRAIN INJURED PEOPLE WHO HAVE GOOD INS BUT I HAVE GOVT INS MEDI CAL SANTA CLARA COUNTY HEALTHY FAMILIES..PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE A SON N LIVE ON MY OWN WITH HIM PLEASE I DONT WANT SOME1 TO RUIN MY LIFE IF YOU CANT HELP IF YOU CAN PLEASE SEND THIS TO SOMEONE WHO CAN
