I dont know how Your clinic stays open. Youve singled out/eliminated So many different Medications, symptoms and patients that You will see now.You Cannot prescribe any controlled substances at all and No Medi-cal patients are allowed to be seen.. Thats A Huge chunk of the Population!What and Who exactly DO You treat at Carbon?....

You should put up your hours of operation correctly if you’re not going to except new patients, particularly because they show up 30 minutes before you close. I think I have a double ear infection but I don’t know because I can’t get into see the doctor because urgent care doesn’t accept people with urgent needs because they’re closing.

Since the pandemic my entire family has been seen at the Carbon Health Urgent Care on Mac Arthur on Santa Ana. Even my 84 year old mother prefers going to Carbon Health. We have had appointments there for everything from Covid Testing (next day results even though they say 3 to 4 days, chest pain, splinter in foot, sinusitis, and more. The other thing we like are the Vitamin B-12 shots. The faculty is super clean. All of the employees are kind and caring. They follow all the protocols for safety. Another big draw for us is their parking- plentiful and close. Once you download their App you can access all your results. They have follow up health check in and resources. When we can’t get appointments with out Primary Care physicians (which is never) we know we can count on Carbon Health on Mac Arthur.

I was in and out in no time! A couple of hours later, I received my medicine from Vons. I’m one happy camper. I was in a lot of pain, but they we nice, fast, and helpful. Just got a check in text to see how I’m doing too. That’s good care!

Dr. Tom Lee is the best general practitioner I have ever seen. He is so good that it’s not even close.Yes. He is that good!And I’m 67 so I’ve have had my share of doctor visits on both coasts. But unfortunately Dr. Lee’s practice has been taken over by ‘Carbon Health Care’ and it is no longer a walk in clinic. For years I’ve always been able to walk in and be treated by Dr. Lee unless it was Tuesday or Sunday, and on those days really good Practitioners were available.But now:1) Only a few walk in’s are allowed per day, which has resulted in my wife and I - and everyone else I’ve seen walk in - get turned away. That NEVER happened at Coastline before Carbon took over. It is no longer a walk in clinic and it is no longer an urgent care facility. That is now Ruined. Gone.2). Now, would be patients have to download the Carbon App, find an available appointment time (which for me is always at least six days out), accept whatever time of day the website says is available, and then you have to answer over 50 questions as to why you need to be seen.Dr. Lee had built what I thought was the finest clinic and doctor experience anyone could possibly imagine. And it was right here in the South Coast Metro area. But now Carbon has completely ruined it. Trashed it. It now feels to me like what the socialized medicine experience must be like.Today when I walked in with excruciating abdominal pain the waiting room was empty and I saw no activity back in the clinic. Yet I was told no more walk ins were being taken today. Right behind me was a middle aged man with his wife who had chest pains...yes, chest pains, and he was told he would need to download the app and schedule an appointment. I was floored.Carbon seems to be a huge conglomerate that’s apparently gobbling up its completion. Not sure if that’s the case but when the best G.P. andwalk in clinic in Orange County get swallowed up what else can it be. The once beautiful sign on the front of the building is now covered with a vinyl banner that reads “Coastline Urgent Care is now Carbon Health”.Let’s just say the word “Health” needs to be omitted.Phil1-2-2021

Went here with a badly twisted ankle thats fused and has 2 pins. Ankle was x-rayed - no broken bones. Was given a prescription for a brace and told to go to amadical supply company for it. The address was on Harbor. Since I dont have a car, I had to take 2 buses, one to Harbor and Wilson in Costa Mesa, and another to the address I was given. On going to the 1st floor, personnel said theres no medical supply there. I went to their pharmacy and they confirmed this. On researching medical supply places the next day, I found theres one about 2 blocks from Carbon Health. I found one close to home. I was told to get a statement from the clinic, and the doctor wants to fax it to the clinic on Harbor as they are the insurance co. I advised him otherwise and asked him to send it to me. He was not inclined to do that and said hell get back to me. He also said that he was instructed to send patients to this clinic. I will be contacting my insurance company.

This is our go to spot. It’s so convenient and clean and professional. Dr. Lee and his staff are absolutely the best. If you don’t have insurance their prices are fair and they are so caring. We even come here once a month for our Vitamin B shots. They have been life changing. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Very nice staff and way more quick than other facilities

I have received excellent service and care from this facility. It is well worth the cost as a cash patient and if you have insurance. They treat everyone with respect. The doctors are kind and detailed. The staff is also kind. My wait time has never been more than an hour. My only suggestion would be that they have the staff check patients insurance and eligibility in the back of the building as opposed to in the front of the lobby.

Dr. Le very professional. All the staff are very professional and have excellent customer service. When Dr. Le sees my Family and Me, has a lot of knowledge of all medicines and focus on the medical issues. I think is impressive of the doctor. Dr. Le became my primary doctor. Thank You Dr. Lee and your wonderful staff!!!I am so thankful I found this Coastline Urgent Care Office..It was highly recommended by my colleague that they do pre-employment physicals. I was told most healthcare insurance doesnt cover pre- employment physicals since its not exactly medically related ( why then am I paying high premiums) . During my visit, the service was excellent, reasonably affordable out-of-pocket, quick, friendly, very professional, very thorough and people caring patient deliver was evident! As a nurse, I sensed a great deal of a family caring environment--something I havent seen in awhile in my 25-year nursing career! The offices are clean, neat and spacious! My take away were the staff, especially Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee, took the time to answer my questions. He was very polite, patient and showed deep caring during my office visit. I would highly recommend this place as a family practice!!

This place was amazing. I had an accident for thanksgiving cooking and my new plan goes active January first, so right now I was out of coverage and afraid of finances. After sending pictures of my burn wounds I was motivated to pursue care. I found this place on google, called in and explained my situation. From the phone call to arriving, this place is truly one of the last practices that value the patient. I work for a medical facility and have never seen this kind of care. The doctor was so professional and knowledgeable, he educated me on one visit more than 7 years of previous doctors. The male nurse was also extremely professional, my burns were in the lower stomach region and I was very embarrassed to reveal it. He made it humorous for me, and we just talked while he treated the wound.Hands down, this is the place to go. They didnt over charge me, I feel like I didnt pay enough. I will definitely come back and ask to make this doctor my primary care physician, he tells you the truth with no strings attached! I am so thankful to have found these amazing people, from the front desk to the back, the doctor clearly took his time in finding the best people possible. I wish there were values in all our industries like this... God bless !!

I came for a yearly checkup and it was the best experience i have had. Dr Tom Le is very knowledgeable and takes his time to answer all the questions and concerns i had. His staff were the nicest people. I left the clinic feeling I was actually cared for.

Ive been here on several occasions and have consistently received great service from everyone. Dr. Le is a very professional and detailed Dr. The office is very clean and I have never experienced an extended wait time to be seen. I also took my 5 year old in a few weeks ago and she had a great experience with Dr. Le. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing Urgent Care. Very thorough. Came in at 12:45 on a Wednesday and there was no wait. Filled out forms and was immediately taken back for vitals and a comprehensive overview of the paperwork I completed. The doctor was in within 2 minutes and I was out the door with antibiotics within 30 mins of my arrival. Will definitely return when in the area.
