I have been going there for 8 years. Driving in from San Bernardino. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bill set me up with a set of contacts that fit so comfortable. And work well for distant as well as for reading. I will continue going there for my vision wear .

I was calling around looking for company that could sell me tell me just a couple weeks worth of contacts to get me by until my insurance renews then at which point I could get an exam and buy boxes of contact lenses and glasses. The company that I usually go with was very difficult to talk and I had to call back a couple days in a row. They kept trying to make me purchase a 6 months supply of contacts, even though I had already explained that my current contacts are not working like they used to and that i needed an exam but have to wait one month.So then I called Lyons amd was immediately amazed at the professionalism and kindness of the receptionist. She listened to what I had to say and reassured me that I would be taken care of. Within an hour I was in a new set of contacts!In an effort to keep this review more brief, let me just state that Dr. Lyon was just as kind and professional as the front desk lady. He was incredibly knowledgeable about eyes and eye related issues. He made sure that I was taken care of and helped me see properly once again.Lyons Contact Lense has won me over as a new patient/customer. I fully recommend thier services to anyone who wants more than to just be sold a product. With them you get customer care on a whole other level. 5 Stars!

He explains everything in detail, the process, and even down to finding the best saline solution for each individual, sincerely caring about the future and health of your eyes.I have been wearing contacts for well over 20 years, and I wish I would have known Dr. Lyon way back then. Absolutely the best customer service and contact lens place I have ever been to in 30 years or so. I have been dealing with bad eye sight as long as I can remember. Im 39 now. I heard about Lyon over the radio about 5 years ago. At the time I was sad and discouraged because my eyesight was getting worse each year. It was so bad that regular contact lens didnt work. I visited a few optometrist and they could never get my prescription right. 5 years later my eyesight is great (with lens on) and has not gotten worse. I just left my appt and my precription is almost the same. Im so happy and thankfull I can see crystal clear! Thank you Bill Lyon and staff!

Just finished up another great yearly appointment with Bill Lyon​​. They always treat me so good and take care of my eyes even with challenging problems like dry eyes and stigmatism. We looked it up today and found I’ve been a long time patient of over 7 years now. I would never consider going anywhere else for my eyes. I still remember other optometrists telling me I can never again see up close and far with a prescription again... that is until I met Bill Lyons with the Contact Lens Center... game changer!! I have perfect 20/20 vision and can see up close and far with no dry eye problems! Thank-you for all you do Bill!!! I can never stop raving about this place and the good work they do.

I always look forward to my next visit and even though I’m over 60 miles away, it’s well worth the drive. The staff is amazing, the service is great, and thanks to Bill Lyon my vision has been restored to 20/20 with corrective lenses after undergoing surgery for a corneal transplant on my right eye. If you suffer from astigmatism or other eye conditions and have been turned away or unsatisfied elsewhere, I highly recommend you give them a call and make the Lyon Contact Lens Center your place for eye care.

Went for the first time to see if Dr. Lyon could help me become a contact leans wearer. I had never met the man, and within minutes it was as if I had been a 10yr. patient of his. He was able to give me the lenses that I needed , the same day. Will definitely recommend Dr. Lyon.

I have been seeing Bill Lyon for 16 years. He sent me to a trusted doctor to get my eye exam done because he suspected that I have keratoconus that was not diagnosed by multiple I have seen before. He was right! I had the keratoconus in both eyes, and Bill Lyon fitted me with a pair of rigid gas permuable lenses that saved me from being legally blind and unable to drive. It allowed me to continue with my life without being handycapped. First, I was driving 100 miles one way to see him every 6 months, and we alwyas made it a family outing because Dr. Lyon is a wonderful person to be around, like a family! After we moved, I have been able to drive or fly from Sacramento to LA once a year to continue seeing him. During the years, Dr. Lyon has always demonstrated that he has my interest at heart. There were even occasions when he gave me the lenses for free. Dr. Lyon, you are an amazing person and a trusted professional. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family! You have been a true blessing.

After years of having to return to wearring glasses. I was told by other optometrist, that I would have to compromise some of my vision if I really wanted to wear contacts. Thankfully Dr. Lyon proved that theory wrong. I now wear contacts that are comfortable and I did not need to compromise my vision. Hes the best!

Ive been getting contact lenses from Lyon since 1989 and they have always been the nicest people, they give great service and always get my lenses to me on time. Just recently I had a lens out of my year supply that was no good, and they replaced it no questions asked. Thanks guys...

I called to ask for a copy of my prescription...before I could finish answering the receptionist why I need it; she rudely cut me off and assumed I was lying to her...when I asked her to kindly allow me to finish talking she chewed my head off giving me her invaluable 2 cents of what she thought of me. When I expressed her attitude was not humble or meek like that of the Christianity her office represents; again she rudely cut me off; arrogantly spoke over me and vengefully hung up on me with anger. Hmmm...WWJD, sista - how would He have dealt with me?. Ill pray for you to have self control, long suffering, humility, and compassion; well overall the fruits of the spirit because in all my dealings with that receptionist shes never had any. Never go here agian; wouldnt recommend it to anyone either.
