Decided to go back to waxing after 3 years...I had Claudia as my wax specialist and I explained it’s been awhile since I’ve waxed, etc and she was so kind and explained the hair growth process to me again. She was efficient and made the whole experience a great one as she knew I was a little nervous for the pain of waxing again. I will definitely be going back to her. The place was clean and I got into my appointment right away. I’m so glad I decided to go back.

Was 8 minutes late due to construction on the freeway. The recpetionist stated I was late and my appointment is now cancelled. Came in and there was no one in the waiting room. The appointment was with Mya or Myra, she was standing in the hall and told the receptionist she could no longer take me. I left and stood outside for a phone call for about 20 minutes. No customer came in. Too bad, she didnt try and make it work because i am pretty generous with my gratuity.Stick to my favorite places Anaheim Hills and Costa Mesa! Their customer service is phenomenal!

Im only giving a three star review because I think EWC needs to be a little more careful with the training process. I did a Brazilian with the same waxologist two times and it seemed like she needed more training. She made the process more painful than it needed to be and didnt even remove all the hair! Your experience really depends on who waxes you. I continue to go to EWC, but I always book with someone I know now. Most of the ladies are fantastic, but they need to weed out the ones who are performing poorly.
