Be careful and check your orders! This place will take advantage of every little thing for extra money. I ordered a 40 dollar gram from their website. When I got the order there was only a half gram inside. Well I leave and notice I have a half gram in my bag, so I go back for the rest of what I ordered. Shelby wants to charge me another 40 dollars for the other half of my 40 dollar gram. So Im ultimately paying 80 dollars for a 40 dollar gram? To top it off when I try to make things right (I just wanted a 40 dollar gram) she starts arguing with me like its fair for me to pay whole price for another half gram because I didnt hear if she said half gram or not when she handed me the bag. Straight up the most unprofessional way you could have handled it. I will not be back and will warn my friends away from this place.

South Coast Safe Access Dispensary provided fast and friendly service from the time I called ahead to inquire about their stock on Vet CBD to when I arrived to the store. Arriving to the location, the front of the store is very unassuming. Once you’re in the store, it was a different story. All products were brightly showcased and left me feeling that this is a place I’d visit again. The store was clean and well-stocked. The staff member I interacted with was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Although I had done my research of the product, I still inquired to make sure the staff member knew their on product. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by his depth of knowledge. He didn’t try to oversell and he also mentioned a store promo that allowed me to walk away with a free item. This is definitely a store I’d frequent again!!!

This place is large and the staff is very helpful. Good selection and the even had a vendor there the day we went. Great deals too! Will be back.

There were two receptionists, one was very nice and polite with black hair the other was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help anyone while the other receptionist was try to get everyone in. Her coworker called her one name and then when I asked what her name was and gave me an entirely different one, when I gave her my ID she acted like I was interrupting her and looked upset that I’m bringing business. Now I know why this place has a reputation for bad service with an employee like that up in front.

I’m a newbie, never partake nor wanted to, however out of curiosity I went with a friend who was purchasing and I THOUGHT I would only just spectate the wonderful world of dispensary everyone was raving about. This was not only my first time not only at this dispensary but at any dispensary. I was very apprehensive and didn’t know what to expect. It was a great experience! Very simple, easy, just 1..2..3.Due to Covid, there were city guidelines they followed, so they were safe and required masks and social distancing from everyone. The line was long but moved up very quick except of course from the guy in front of me. 🤦‍♀️🤣 As I stood there in line I was taking it all on, listening to all the knowledge staff and educating the consumers on each product they wanted or bought. I was intrigued and interested at that point. The staff was extremely attentive to each consumer giving them their full attention which is great thing. On our turn the staff was equally attentive, knowledgeable and really opened my eyes up to so many medicinal benefits that I had never even imagined. I made a couple of purchases myself! 🤣❤️👍 how could I not, I was very impressed and the staff helping us, was teaching me about so many great benefits and products I had never considered prior. On the way out I saw a truck that they even do mobile dispensary delivery!They thought of everything! I was truly impressed. Whether a newbie like me or experienced this is a great place to come to.In and out, simple and easy. The staff was wonderful! ... I highly recommend.

Receptionist was rude, there was a line out the door and one girl was busy checking everyone in, taking phone calls all with a smile on her face while the other one sat on her phone. Weed was subpar at best. I’d heard terrible things about scsa and now I know why.

Dont expect them to honor their prices when they make a mistake. So sorry, thanks! Losing a customer instead of making it right. Also, they lie in their replies to reviews on weedmaps. They dont make it right and dont honor their sales. Management puts the onus on receptionist rather than owning their mistakes. What a scam.

The deals, prices arent that great. Was in there this last Thursday to get their select deal, which they stopped offering and switched to Kurvana. Nasty over priced carts that taste like fake carts. Wouldnt pay 10 dollars for those carts.

Very organized shop. Prices clearly displayed on TV monitors for up-to-date information. Prices shown include the excise tax, but not sales tax. This is good because it is less of a surprise as to what your total is at the end of your checkout.The selection of topicals here is very good. Hardware offerings exist, but I’m not an expert in that so I can’t really comment beyond “they exist.”Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. I was looking for a product which they were sold out of and the dispenser was knowledgeable about a comparable product which I bought instead.Educational resources are available. I will be returning to learn when it’s not so busy.

Such a great shop! Small but very stocked with various brands! Friendly budtenders helped me very quickly with the Kurvana! My favorite brand had drove 30-40 min to this shop to get GK and Headband. Would come again when i have the time for a trip like that :-)

I had asked for a certain kind of flower, the bud tender gave me something different then what I asked for, put it in the bag and closed it up, I walked outside looked into my bag and I noticed it was the wrong kind, went right back in and they wouldnt exchange it for me! The wrong bud wasnt very good either!

My boyfriend bought something from here that was very expensive—they wouldn’t let us hold it in the store before buying, per company policy which is fine, not a big deal. When we got home we realized the product had already been opened and returned from someone prior, which is a little concerning in general and especially during today’s environment. When we tried to return it, they flatly refused. Pretty upsetting when you’re spending a lot of money on an item that you can’t even hold before purchasing, and requires 100% faith for the store to be operating in an honest manner.

I gave SCSA a 4 because I had originally placed my order online and no where did it state that orders would be removed if not picked up same day. I had even wrote when I was going to pick up..which was 3pm the next day.. however, they were very cordial and helped me with my order again but I needed to pick up and go, which didnt happen. Please add something to your site so it expedites orders and doesnt waste anyones time.

Super clean, everyone is nice, prices are decent... frequent buyer discount... and they help me when I am buying something that I have no knowledge about. Plus they are dog friendly which works out for me since they are aisle closed to the vet and groomer! I always receive good service. Today I went in and they were duly stocked!

I had a great experience purchasing from here. It was very easy to get in and once in the people behind the counter were extremely helpful. When their computer system went on the fritz, it took a bit longer than normal to process my purchase and they were very apologetic.

So much inventory & yet, they didn’t have any of my 4 go to products. Since my go-to products werent in stock, I felt rushed to decide from their inventory what I wanted as there was a huge line behind me & my bud tender was impatient. Weed is pre packaged here so there’s no way to just sample a small amount of product. Ended up overpaying for something I didn’t really want just to get something & get out of there. Needless to say, not my fave buying experience 😅

Never felt so uncomfortable in a dispensary and ive been to plenty. First one i came to in California and it made me not want to go to any more in the state. 25$ for a one gram pre roll and thats crazy expensive. Also was ignored for 5 minutes by all employees after getting my id checked and was even passed up by a guy who came in after me. Defiantly wont go back.

Clean, friendly staff. Great selection of all forms of THC and CBD products. They also offer a discount for returning customers. Opens early at 8 on all days except Sunday. No one wakes up early on Sundays, so it doesn’t matter. It is the best shop in Orange County!

I love this dispensary. Always full of BudTenders that are happy to provide the customer with as much information as possible. It can be intimidating walking into a dispensary the first few times, but you can tell that these guys want to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible. SCSA. I needed a certain brand of CBD for my cat, on my vets recommendation. The clerk took me directly to the display case and got out exactly what I needed. I also bought a disposable vape pen; the same clerk helped me to choose the right one.

I always like getting my edibles here because they carry the Camino gummies which are card to come by but great for anyone suffering from insomnia. Check them out

Cool bud tenders and front desk, they have great vendor deals throughout the week where different vendors come and set up tables and you can get more information on different types of edibles or concentrates etc they’re selling, and often they have deals! Usually a little bit of a line but that is okay, it’s worth the small wait, the selection is extensive and they truly do have something for everyone, even for pets. Some days you go in and they don’t have what you’re looking for but they’re always able to point you in the direction of something comparable and I’ve yet to be disappointed with a suggestion. Thanks guys, been coming here exclusively for years and I’ve only had one experience where I was a tiny bit irritated - beyond that all good all around! See ya soon!

Very disappointed in the level of professionalism, attitude and care towards customers and staff during this pandemic. I visited this location on 5/8/2020. Regular shopper here, but I’ve noticed on my last few visits that most staff members including some security guards not wearing masks. I believe everyone including customers should wears masks but that’s just me. When I asked an associate about this, she said it was not a big deal. That they “follow all the rules” and there’s nothing to worry about and that they don’t spend a lot of time here. Excuse me but what!? Are you F@$%ing me!! I pray that management is able to view this or in some cases they are “leading by example”. I hate to go somewhere else and pay more but I feel like my life depends on it.
