The best there is. Attentive, kind, and brilliant.

When this office (Dr. Paley) charges a fee, and youre told they will submit it to your insurance and refund it back to you once paid, but they take their sweet time submitting the claim (knowing theyll get less than you paid), then gets paid by your insurance, and does not refund you, later telling you they will send you a check, but do not, you know its a scam. Simple as that. Unfair business practices against unsuspecting patients at best, fraud against patients at its worst. [Finally got my refund once I threatened collection efforts and noting I was posting this review.]

Staff at the Bay Family Medical Group is very friendly, and Dr. Paley is a wonderful and friendly doctor. He is very knowledgeable and shows great care to his patients.

Wow, they didn’t even let me finish my sentence. The doctor may be a food doctor but when you can’t even finish your sentence with the staff before they tell you “ok take care” and hang up on you, just wow. Go somewhere else people. This is not the type of service you want especially when it comes to your health.
