Maybe two year ago their service was pristine. Today the service is lacking. The Big fat lady up front has no social skills whatsoever. Calling people who are your paying clients mi amor in a sarcastic and condescending tone is not professional. Saw it with two different clients and myself. On top of that no parking. There are many other labs out there, Im never going back.

I do not recommend it. Slow service and bad attitude. Testing takes longer than other labs.

This lab is one of the best .. if not the best and most complete in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
