Marti Foster is a legend in the Bay Area yoga community. Her wisdom, experience and care for her students makes each of her classes a profound gift. Pregnant women and new families are blessed to have her guide and support them through this most significant transition. I cant recommend Marti enough.

Marti is a master in her craft. Her prenatal yoga classes were as effective over zoom call as in person, and helped me remain positive and present throughout my second pregnancy. Her yoga techniques and visualizations helped me labor at home for a day before heading to hospital during active labor. Thanks to her, I was able to have a near medication free and extremely fast birth. I highly recommend her classes for an excellent pregnancy and delivery experience.

Marti is a phenomenal Yoga teacher, with incredible knowledge of the practice that she loves sharing with her students. Private practice with her is the best way to go as she takes the time to understand her student’s individual needs and completely devotes her focus and energy on her student, taking the time to inculcate the right habits and emphasis on practice.
