Like most I am working from. I converted a corner in my living into an make shift office. Such a huge improvement from my dinning table. However, two months in my shoulders were killing me. Plus, I was ready to invest in an ergonomic chair after learning I won’t be going back to the office until 2021!Long story short, Googled “how to correctly set-up my home office” and Correct Ergonomix popped up. Checked out the website and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to know exactly what ergonomic chair was right for me (at least how to know when an ergo chair is right fit) before I spent $948 dollars and wanted to figure out how to stop my shoulders from hurting. I opted for the 12-Points Correct Ergonomic Assessment. The assessment was super easy and kinda fun b/c all I had to do was click on images. I did not need to measure, count, read through detailed instructions. The assessment report explained my chairs did not fit and actually what would fit me and that the keyboard I was using at the time was too big for me (also come to learn that wasn’t doing my shoulders any favors). I made the recommended adjustments. Now, shoulders no longer hurt, I bought the perfect chair for me, and I am 100x more comfortable.I can go on about the report but I’ll just say that I have copy near by.
