I had the opportunity to be trained by Michael Holland when I was in college for my senior year of college when I wanted to go professional for football. He provided me with the tools to recover, increase my strength, weight, and stamina. The nutrition guidance was very helpful and I follow his plans even to this day. I was able to increase my 225 bench press reps from 17 to 22 straight within 3 months. I was able to jump 40 inches on my vertical thanks to his guidance. My running form improved drastically for my 40 yard dash to allow me to post a 4.48 during a Canadian league tryout.

He has a truly comprehensive, holistic and balanced approach to health and wellbeing that I am actively mirroring. I cant recommend Michael Holland enough. Its hard to put into words the value he has to offer.For me hes helped to correct many imbalances Ive had from years of competitive basketball and a lifetime of surfing and snowboarding. Just about 3 years ago I suffered a back injury while surfing. It got better with rest but every time I surfed it would get inflamed again. After about a year of this going on I began to think I was just going to quit surfing. Enter Michael Holland...After assessment through the Comprehensive Athletic Training approach, Michael quickly helped me understand the root of the problem and was able to give me step by step exercises to heal. The major breakthrough for me came on my first visit where he walked me through a Feldenkrais somatics session. Its amazing how just being aware of small movements can rewire the whole system. My back issues resided as I began to implement short sessions into my daily routine.Its been about 2 years now and I feel more alive than ever. Ive experienced the compound effect on my health and healing ever since the first day we talked. I cant thank Michael enough for the impact hes had on me. This review only scratches the surface of how hes helped me (Qigong, stretching, TRX, Foundation Training, Nutrition, etc.).Im convinced that the trajectory of my life changed with the addition of a few key habits that Michael helped me implement and set into stone. If you have the opportunity to work with him I highly highly recommend it!
