The doctor is very rude, he has a lot of ego. I would never do my nose surgery with him. I do advise anyone to avoid this doctor if you care about your health!

Fraud, extremely rude, unprofessional. mistreated me very bad. my appointment was at 1:40 pm. Called them an hour before appointment, explained that I will be arriving 10 min late. I arrived 2 minutes late. he said he can not see me for being 2 min late!!!!I explained it is just two minutes! he then said he can see me for only 5 min, and obviously I have to come back again! fraud!!!! he wanted to charge my insurance twice for one visit! I am complaining to board of california. If you had similar experience please share. we have to expose these fraud people!

Scam! The doctor charged me for a procedure during a check up without telling me he was going to perform it nor disclosing the associated cost. He also prescribed unnecessary treatment which caused avoidable side effects.

Dr. Michael Purkey is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I had nasal mass and could not breath well days and nights. I had surgery and it was not painful. The nurses and his staffs are also friendly and helpful. Since second day after nasal surgery, I can breath well and feel healthy like before. I am so glad to be under his care. Highly Recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Purkey by my ENT as he could not solve the recurring sinus infections over a period of a year. This was a miserable time as anti-biotics would clear the infection for a week or two and then it would come back and it included a constant hacking cough.Dr. Purkey explained that my sinuses were not draining properly even though my previous ENT did surgery to open them up. He recommended a procedure to remove a small piece of bone to allow proper drainage and we went ahead and did that on the left side and problem solved on the left. After the procedure was still getting very minor infections on the right side so decided to get the same procedure done on the right and I have been cough/infection free for over 3 months now and I am so thankful my previous ENT referred me to Dr. Purkey.I will also add that Dr. Purkey and his staff really care about their patients and I could not recommend them more highly!!

It was my first visit with him and he had to learn things about me and my past sinus history. Very caring and knew exactly first steps to take to get me on a healing path with my chronic sinusitis. He asked all the right questions. A really to-the-point guy! His assistant was AMAZING. Dr. Purkey had to use a scope to see in my sinuses and I am petrified of that, but he was very comforting and his assistant held my hand the whole time. I know that THEY do this everyday, but we as patients do not, so it can be very scary an intimidating for us......AND it I didntt feel a thing! :).

Dr. Michael Purkey is extremely professional yet a genuine warmth and concern for what I was going through. Explained the possibilities for what was causing the swollen lymph nodes in my neck. I did not feel rushed and l was able to ask questions. I would recommend Dr. Purkey to anyone.

Dr Purkey wasn’t able to cure me .A patient visits a doctor with a lot of hope and trust. I suffer from allergies and was willing to follow doctor’s advice.Dr. Purkey suggested me a spray which made my condition even worse.
