Great overall experience for both of my children. Their teeth look marvellous! Love Dr. Brian and his genuine care & concern. Also love Margie who is super efficient and friendly in the front office. We give the office a 4.5/5. Half a star lost due to Jeanette who was consistently rough and impatient with the kids, though friendly and positive to parents.

Two of my three children go to Dr. Brian Steinhoff. Both of them have had a wonderful experience. Dr. Brian takes the time to sit and explain things to them in a way that they can understand. Hes takes the time to listen to their questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is highly experienced, understanding and caring. I am extremely satisfied with the results. My third child will be starting soon and hes actually excited.On a side note the Front office ladies are so kind and friendly. They do a spectacular job of working around your schedule to get the kids in.This office deserves all five stars!!

The office staff is friendly and efficient. And Dr. Brian is great about explaining everything that needs to be done and why to both the children and the parents. We have three children who are patients here and have always been very pleased with the treatment they receive.

Child #1 has just completed full orthodontia with Dr. Brian Steinhoff. She has now been cleared to wear her retainer only at night and she is thrilled! Because of the excellent staff, both in the treatment room and at the front desk, the process could not have been easier or more seamless. Dr. Steinhoff took the time to explain all of the options and recommended treatments in detail, throughout all phases. He and his staff are extremely competent and have amazing rapport with patients and parents. Also very accommodating! Once or twice over the two years my daughter wore braces, a wire would break or something else would happen that made her uncomfortable (this happens will all braces from normal wear and tear or when the patient eats something she shouldn’t…hint hint). Even if at 9 PM on a Sunday night, Dr. Brian met us at the office to fix the problem so she could sleep comfortably comfortably and go to school in the morning.Child #2 Will be coming up through the ranks of orthodontia this year. We cannot recommend Dr. Brian and his staff highly enough. They deserve six stars if that were possible.

We love our oldest sons new smile! Dr. Steinhoffs office is family friendly, accommodating (they even knew Bellarmines block scheduling), and extremely professional. Also, thanks to their technology and devices we were able to avoid pulling permanent teeth. Their finishing touches of sparkling cider, a video of him thanking us, movie passes from his vouchers, and an adorable note card mailed home with a picture of his new smile was the cherry on top! Our younger son is looking forward to getting started in the coming months.

I cannot say enough about this office! First, Dr. Steinhoff is as good as they come. He is incredibly patient and thorough and always takes the time to make sure that he has explained everything so you never leave having questions. He is really wonderful with the kids. My daughters have been seeing him for years. He has taken great care with their teeth and I have complete confidence in him. As if that isn’t enough, the rest of the staff is incredible, too! All of the Registered Dental Assistants are kind and really gentle with the kids. Can you imagine kids not dreading going to the ortho? Mine don’t and it’s because they know they are in such good hands! Last but not least, Margie at the front is quite possibly the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered at a medical office. She is always so cheerful! She knows the kids and greets everyone with a big smile. If you are looking for an ortho, look no further! This office is the best!

Dr. Steinhoff has done an amazing job aligning my kids teeth correctly. The staff is wonderful, juggling schedules and making sure everything works out (from payments/insurance to contracts and absence slips). They treat you like family, and thats important when youre on a multi-year journey. I highly recommend Dr. Steinhoff for all your kids ortho needs.

My daughter had a lot of overcrowding and problems with alignment. For her first phase I took her to a local orthodontist who was very nice but I was unhappy with the staff. When it was time for phase 2 someone recommended Dr.Steinhoff. Although he is in Almaden and we are in Morgan Hill, I was willing to drive so that my daughter could have excellent care. Not only was the doctor super knowledgeable and caring, his staff is amazing!!! They are friendly and caring and always professional. In the 2 years going there, always see the same faces, so a low turn over is a good sign! Thank you so much Dr.Steinhoff and staff, you guys rock and my daughters smile looks amazing! Both my daughters had braces at Dr Steinhoffs office. Its always painful having braces put on, but Dr Steinhoff and his staff made their experience fun and as painless as possible. The office staff is inviting and friendly and my girls always left their visits happy. They always have fun contests and received ortho bucks that are exchanged for gift cards . Both my girls got their braces off this year and their teeth and smile are beautiful ! They get so many compliments from people. Their dentist has even told them that their teeth are models of perfection. We couldnt be any happier with the results received from Dr Steinhoff and his staff! Their beautiful straight teeth is a life long gift !

After being with Dr. Steinhoff for around 4 years, and now having all my teeth in a nice horseshoe shape, its safe to say that my experience has been wonderful. Anytime a bracket in my braces would pop off, which it rarely did, Dr. Steinhoff would take care of it immediately. They also have orthobucks which are given if you have brushed well, or have regularly worn your retainers. These can be redeemed for prizes, such as Starbucks or iTunes. Overall, I am very happy with the results.
