I used Dr. Livingstone for several years with glasses prescriptions with no problems. I decided to try contacts & was told by her that I would be a good candidate for them. In the process of getting accustomed to them in the first week, I had difficulty putting in and removing the contacts in one eye, in particular. One day, I thought Id gotten the difficult one mis-placed in my eye & went to have her look at it. After looking in my eye, she didnt see it & replaced it with another. It didnt feel right, nor could I see well from that eye. I questioned her assistant about it before I left the office, but she said it takes some getting used to. I should have pressed.Later that evening, I thouroughly inspected my eye again & low & behold there were two contacts in it. 2 problems here. The Dr. didnt find the original one when I went to see her & admitted she didnt look over my cornea, but in the corners of my eye. Second problem was that her assistant dismissed my complaint that I couldnt see well from that eye when I left the office. At this point, Id had enough & decided to stick with glasses.
