I had been misdiagnosed at the emergency room and had been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Once I explained my situation they made sure to fit me into their already busy schedule as a new patient ASAP. Dr. Contreras & his medical team were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Contreras quickly made me feel at ease. I felt confident that I was receiving expert care I especially loved how Dr. Contreras took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctors demeanor has really put me at ease. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend.

The staff from the front desk to the back end is very nice and professional. In this time of pandemic I was kind of concern for personal consult but I felt safe as soon as I enter the door.Dr Contreras is very thorough with his exam , I never felt rushed with his examination. Horrible , absolutely trash , no parking at all .I came here because a buddy of mine told me about it and I need some work done in my teeth , They didn’t tell me when to come just when my tooth fell out and it kept happening and happening again , worst part is there charging my insurance for work I have never received and fraud and I moved to a different dentist and say they didn’t cover because there has been work done and they took a look and nothing on what has been stated has been done , Thinking of Doing a Report for Insurance Fraud, 0/5 I would not recommend this Dentist.

From staff to Dr. Contreras my experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff was so pleasant, professional and efficient for all three of my office visits.Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and did their job well. From handling my insurance to testing my eyes I really felt like I was the most important person in the office and then to receive a smile and good wishes on top of that, it just made me feel good and that I was well cared for and I need not worry about a thing.Dr. Contreras is an outstanding professional. He performed well on me and my vision is 100% better. Dr. Contreras and his staff helped to guide me to the right decision to have a multi-focal lens for cataract surgery and I just couldnt be happier. Dr. Contreras corrected my astigmatism just as he said he was going to do and, wow, what a difference in just one day after the surgery..

Im not one for reviews, but my experience with Dr. Contreras was definitely noteworthy. After having a terrible experience with another ophthalmologist I thought about giving up on my vision all together. A buddy of mine mentioned that Dr. Contreras had helped him with his vision problems and I figured Id give him a shot. Im really glad I did because the vision in my right eye has been boosted exponentially. I can see better, drive better, and read better. Beyond the doctors medical proficiency, he also had fantastic bedside manner. I didnt expect to feel so at ease after having such a terrible experience with my previous doctor. His staff made me very comfortable, his explanations washed away all my anxiety and now my vision is 110% better. I highly recommend Dr. Contreras for all of your ophthalmic needs. Great doctor and great guy!

Worst Experience Ever with the staff. My mom had an appointment made 1 month in advance, and on the day of the appointment for the cataract surgery, I was told the appointment is cancelled. And they even read the notes, that the patient cancelled it on 4 weeks ago. Where in I had called a week ago asking for the time, and i was told we cannot give the time now, we will call back in a day or two. So, till last week, the appointment was on, and today on the day of the surgery it seems mysteriously enough the appointment was cancelled 4 weeks ago?? Is there a ghost working? Lastly when asked, what next, I was told to book another appointment, and they cannot do anything. The most impolite staff I have ever spoken to, and this is not the end, I was told do whatever you wish to do when I said I will file a complain to the doctors and senior authority. This is how we treat patients here...I really would like to challenge them and prove it to me, that we cancelled the appointment.

Dr refused surgery (chalehezon removal) on day of operation (april). Should have told me during assesment he could not preform the surgery instead of making me wait a whole month.Also, When I was waiting in the waiting room, the pest control guy was spraying in the office, possible health hazard in this office.When I try to get a referal to another doctor, they gave me a hard time, it is now September. First the office staff tells me I need to fill out a realease of liablity form at my doctors office. Then when I go to fill it out, the nurse says she called them that they have been waiting for me to schedual an appointment with them since may and to make another appointment with them..... unprofessional staff.His original suggestion was to wait till it went away by itself, but I TOLD him I wanted to do the surgery....Iv had this chalehezon on my eye for 3 years..... SMDH.

Dr. Contreras is an excellent doctor, but my experiece with his staff today is very upsetting. I have been Dr. Contreras patient for a few years now, but his staff Adriana needs further training on customer /patient relations.
