I think they lasted five years in this location. Just got up and left in the middle of the night. Stayed around just long enough for the local directors to move on to cushier, more prestigious jobs.It was a lunchtime and after hours hangout of the certified and and self appointed urban planners. After all the reports and white papers they moved on leaving the trademark San Jose glass etchings.The phone number isnt even forwarded, its just dead, like the small business carcasses that surround it.

A research outfit for urban planning focused on the Bay Area. Puts out thoughtful reports on the region, makes recommendations for policy-makers, and hosts regular lunchtime educational sessions for members and non-members alike -- almost always worth attending in my experience.
