A program that works with developmentally disabled adults, they are funded through the county San Andreas Regional Center, which is funded by the state Department of Disability Services.E and CO provides job coaches, and a day program, to help integrate disabled adults into the community. They are a great program, they have recently moved into this new location. Unfortunately they are often short staffed, and have a high turnover for job coaches. This is a common problem in this field, in the bay area.No parking on the Alameda, enter on hedding, theres a parking lot with visitor spaces, for up to 2 hours. They are located on the second floor of the office building. There are no signs on the street, its the multi-story white building on the corner.

Great organization with excellent staff who really care.

After over two years working with our son the new supervisor decided they didnt want to work with our son and stopped services. The supervisor never met with our son or try to talk to us and never gave an input. Obviously all they care about is to get paid and there is no concernwith people in the organization to reach out to the family or give advice.Their employees dont get any training or advice.
