I have lived in San Jose for 5 years now, I been researching local dermatologists and plastic surgeons offices, I was having issues with age spots and wrinkles and a lack luster complexion. I called a few locations, everyone was helpful so I was having trouble deciding which med spa I was going to book a appointment with, last minute, I decided to call NuSilk just for one last option. I was greeted by a young man named Zachary, he is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to skincare and set me up with a Treatment Plan!I have to say, the location is nice and chic and discreet. The prices are reasonable, most of all the customer service and skill level is 5-Star across the board. I was made to feel at home and treated so warmly and kind. I highly recommend this med spa for the customer service and expertise.

The Doctor is not in the office and does not consult on all procedures.
