I didn’t know that I needed an appointment for an ultrasounds but the staff helped me find an open appointment for the time I walked in and I was seen within 20 minutes. They got me checked in, insurance verified and seen quickly without any issues. Thanks to the front desk woman for looking up the cancelled appointments so I could get in and wouldn’t have to go back at a different time

The technician Andrea was super!Normally, Mammogram is not a pleasant thing to do. But with Andrea, I have to say it’s a wonderful experience. Not only because she’s trying her best to make the procedure as smooth as possible, but also her genuine warm-hearted attitude made me feel that she truly cared about you. I felt that she liked her job and patients very much. I was really touched by her caring words and much more beyond...To be honest, this was my best experience of doing mammogram.Thank you so much, Andrea!!

I forgot to get the name of the woman that helped me but I went in for my first mammogram and I was scared because of things I heard before. The experience is not what I expected. I was walked through what was going to happen, how I might feel a little uncomfortable but to let her know if I did feel that way. I definitely left feeling some sort of relief that it went good. I really wish I would have got her name but I hope she knows her kindness and understanding was appreciated.

My experience was a very, very good one. The Front desk staff was on their game, professional and very quick. Very efficient and friendly.My Ultra Sound Tech was also exceedingly professional, considering the amount of real estate she had to cover, she was very efficient, fast and superb at her job. She had the ultra Sound gel warmed up to a very pleasant temperature, which was a very welcome and pleasant surprise. Not all Ultra Sound Techs provide this luxury. Also, considering how deep she was scanning, she was as gentle as she could possibly be. I would definitely want her as my ultra Sound Tech in the future!

Horrible experience! The old White lady from Samaritan location is rude & unprofessional! I don’t normally leave a bad review unless it’s horrible experience ! I was talking on behalf of my mom the whole time for all the questions she had. Then, she asked me “ what language does your mom speak?” After I told her, she responded “ I don’t speak that language” with the dead tone. I said “ I know u don’t! That’s why I am here for my mom! U asked me & I responded! That doesn’t mean you have to speak my language!” She finally stopped running her mouth. Unbelievable!!

Booking appointment from the appointment center can be a hit or miss. You will be lucky to get an operator which is helpful, it seems like the operators are on a time limited to get the call completed. The front desk at the clinic was helpful and my wife and I do appreciated her.

I came in all giddy and happy, my joking self and let’s just say the front desk staff ain’t having it. Short and the fill this out tude. Man I get it we all hate being essentials during trying times. However let’s not bring everybody down. You’d be surprised what a smile and great attitude can do for your day. Needless to say my giddy happy self quickly shifted and went gloomy buhhumbug

My first mammogram and I was really nervous but allthe staff was really nice and friendly. The lady that did my scan (sorry forgot her name because I was nervous) was so nice and patient. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a first time I have been this place. Even though it’s further than the other places that I went to, I like this clinic. It’s in a nice area. The office is quieter and less hectic than the other places. The receptionists are very helpful and professional and the lady who did the mamogram for me is also very nice!

I arrived on time and the staff were ready and didn’t keep me waiting for my exam appt. The staff nurse who did the scan was very thorough as it seemed she took scans from every angle. It’s always best to have these procedures done thoroughly so your doctor has all they need for a proper and accurate evaluation of your condition.

My today experience with Valley Radiology Samaritan is very bad, they let me waiting more than one hour with no updates what is going on, how come takes so wrong not calling names in? there are two people sitting and waiting were very upset too. One of them said have been waiting more than two hours for his son to get it done in Ultrasound.

Only a 4 star, there is always room to grow. I had a new tech that is still learning, but she did an excellent work. YES, I would recommend this location 😎😷

All of the office staff are very friendly, understanding and patient. I forgot my paperwork and reports in my car along with running a few minutes late they still fit me in; and resolved some other issues with my doctor so i didnt have to come back again. The technician was very professional and caring.

Very nice front desk and tech. However this is the second time during a mammogram that the tech tore my skin under my breast at my chest from pulling too much. Now I hope it doesn’t get infected. She did give me ointment and dressing

I was harassed racially out of a radiology program at foothill college and santa clara Valley med. It was a set up i have two doctors in .my family. So this isnt a dumb thing it was ethnicity. Your staff seems to be calm cool and collected even though i arrived late thet worked me in this is the only place in bay atea that i would ever go

Has a routine mammogram with VRI and the tech was great! It’s something I dread having done and she made it very easy.

Horrible customer service by every person answering the phones, when asked if I could speak to a manager or supervisor they leave you on the phone and rudely get back on after 15 mins and say that there is no one there. This has happed several times from 5/14/21 to 7/13/21 8 times I have called to schedule and have received RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service

Staff was very courteous. Followed and enforced Covid precautions. Technician was very nice, explained a new type of image made for dense breasts. Checked with my insurance prior to starting the mammogram. Highly recommend.

I had to wait over an hour during my breast cancer screening appointment because VRI had not been able to contact my insurance for more than a month. It was not communicated to me that they still have no authorization for the breast ultrasound my doctor wanted me to get and they were trying to reach my insurance at the time of my appointment. I ended up having another useless mammogram which will be “inconclusive” as always. Very unhappy with my experience.

I do not recommend this center. I have been trying to get a simple exam results in a CD and I got on the phone with Yeem, and not only she is extremely rude, didnt allow me to speak, kept interrupting and raising her voice she hang up on me two times over the phone. I need these results due a serious mammogram issue and this Yeem had no intention to ship my results in a CD to another city. Unacceptable behaviour!

I had a bone density test and a mammogram done today. I appreciated being able to get both done in one day, thanks to the person who scheduled me. Both tests were conducted quickly and professionally, and I was in and out in short time!

The staff at the Womens Center are welcoming, helpful, and efficient. They put my mind at ease and were very calming and informative.

The staff was warm and professional. They promptly took me in at my appointment time. I had an ultrasound of my leg.They took pains to facilitate my comfort. The lights were pleasant, the surface of the bed was heated. I had a warm blanket to cover me, and soothing music was played. I was glad to be in a women’s center.The woman who administered my sonogram was gentle and professional.I have nothing but gratitude toward the staff.

EVERYONE was so friendly... from the people that answer the phone...to the front office staff... to the lady who helped me with my mammogram (I forgot to ask her for her name). As a matter of fact, I told her how nervous I was, and she did such a great job of calming me and treated me like a friend. I highly recommend going to Valley Radiology.

Every single employee that I encountered spoke with the most nurturing voice and was kind and comforting! I was so grateful since I was already feeling so anxious to have to even be there.

After happy 10 years as a patient at VRI Womens Ctr., I was refused a screening mammogram (ordered by my physician) and a breast ultrasound (repeat service recommended by VRIs own radiologist to evaluate existing fibroadenoma). This happened on 04/08/2021. Front office employees without medical degrees are apparently authorized by the VRI to override physicians written order for medical testing. The front office manager, in a condescending tone, instructed me to get a new order for a diagnostic mammogram because of my fibroadenoma, a benign lump in one of my breasts. FYI: existing fibroadenomas get evaluated by ultrasound, and I have received two of those already and was trying to schedule another one as instructed by VRIs radiologist. No luck with the front office! Fortunately, Sutter Health-Palo Alto Medical Foundation (they are by far the best in medical business) had no problems with my doctors orders. I have completed my screening there already. They are located just down the street from the VRI, at 15400 Los Gatos Blvd. in Los Gatos, in case you, too, encounter paralyzing bureaucracy at the VRI Womens Center.

On two separate visits I’ve had issues. Staff never seems to be clear what I’m there for, and I do a lot of waiting around while they figure it out or wait to ask the doctor. My last visit I was there for 2 hours!

All the stuff were nice and even the one that did my test she was amazing.

Everything was great! There was no long wait time, and everyone was 6ft apart. The front desk was clear with their instructions, and I was able to fill out the paperwork with no problem. When I was in the appointment the scanning was fine. However, one thing I wish for in the future is more communication. I found it a bit awkward because of how silent the room was. Overall, it was a great experience.

The technician and doctor who performed the biopsy were caring, very good at their job, and informed me of everything. It’s not a comfortable procedure, but they helped make it as fast and easy as possible. I was in very good hands.

It is a very vulnerable situation to have to go for a Mamogram. Specially if it is not a just check one.Being treated with care makes the whole difference. I arrived at requested time, was seen right way. Treated with kindness and respect. At the end of my appointment I wanted to be seen for further follow up, I was heard, addressed. I was running behind and arrived late they were kind and honored my 4:30 pm appt. The staff was nice I arrived at 4:40 pm and completed the appt by 5:00 pm.

After my doctor had placed an Ultrasound order, the office contacted me the next day to set up an appointment. They had great availability and I was able to complete my ultrasound the next day. Fast and friendly service during my visit.

I brought my mom this morning ((02/12/2021 @9am PST)) and the lady at help desk was so rude (asian) and unprofessional. she doesnt want to serve us (me helping my mom). The MA was great taking care of my mom after that. I dont think that the help desk lady deserves to be there!

Radiologist Lynn and receptionist Letty were exceptional. They made me feel welcomed and I was very comfortable during my procedure.

This facility is very organized and well run. I felt protected from Covid with the protocols that were in place.

Ive been going here for many years and the staff is very sweet and loving.

The only trouble I had was finding the office because the text messages didnt provide the address or walk up instructions. After I found the right building and suite, it was smooth sailing.

X-ray tech was super nice also front desk was super nice. There was even oarking .

This was my first time at this location so I was unaware of where exactly to go. However, the first staff I saw immediately acknowledged me and Let me know where I needed to be. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I noticed they were the same way with all the patients that came in

I had my yearly mammogram today and it went smoothly. Although I had hoped to have waiting room all to myself there were about 5 other women in there. At least all had masks. The person doing the mammogram was efficient and fast, so no complaints at all. My one suggestion would be for this office to have hand sanitizer available at front desk. If it was there I didn’t notice it. Always a good idea to bring your own.

I definitely recommend VRI , the Radiologist Chitra was very kind and gentle, I was scared but she was so patient and helped me to have my X ray done.

I had a Mamogram done today 1/7/2021 at VRI @ 2581 Samaritan Dr San Jose. Staff did not check my temperature nor screen if I had any Covid symptoms. I checked “yes” on the question regarding if I was told by my doctor that I have cancer. The receptionist in a condescending tone asked me to read the question again as if I didn’t understand the question although I also did check “yes” on the question on weather or not I have a lumpectomy. 2 stars for professionalism and 3 stars for quick service. Management: please take notes of my review and retrain your staff. I have been going to the same location for at least 15 years. Most of the time there seems to be a lack of service from the front desk.

I’ve been coming here to VRI for more than 20 years and this is the first time I didn’t hurt. The gal that did my radiation was the best I’ve ever had. She was very thoughtful and gentle with me. Her name is Andrea and she must be an angel.

It was set up great. Only 3 people in the office, office staff super nice and helpful and Andrea was a GREAT tech.

Technician was kind and gentle. A Mammogram is always a little uneasy and she was caring and careful.

The mammography technologist was very kind. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was that they were running behind and I was brought in 1 hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Most probably there were patients that required extra attention and time.

I couldn’t find the paperwork needed for my exam and the order was not in the system Your receptionist was very understanding and patient. She asked me if I would like to wait for the next available appointment (in 45 minutes) while we waited for my doctor’s office to open so she could check for the order. I was therefore able to stay and have my exam with minimal disruption. The examining technician was also courteous and efficient. Thanks to all!!! Oh - and tissues were readily available on the counter when the perfume in the hand gel everyone was using sent my nose into overdrive🙄😬
