First time going to Internal Spa. At first I was very nervous but Kristen makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through everything, she answered all my questions. Great service, ill be going back for sure. After i was done I fell so good, no cramping no pain and no bloating. 100% recommended.

My experience here changed my mind on colonics. I had a really bad experience in the past at a different place that left me in tears and feeling terrible, but this one at Internal Spa (San Jose location) was SO much better and I’ve already made my appointment to come back. She walked me through the process, went at my pace, made sure I was comfortable and feeling safe, and really helped me out. The process wasn’t painful and I felt very taken care of. Thank you!

Im giving this spa 5 stars! I have never tried Hydrotherapy before so, I was nervous. Kristen at the San Jose office was very good. She talked me through it told me what to expect and put me right at ease. Comfortable atmosphere and super professional.

This place is great because of Lisa. My husband and I have had two colon hydrotherapy sessions with her and shes great. She was very patient, kind and helpful. She made us feel relaxed and explained everything in detail. The place is comfortable and relaxing.

A necessary part of my health care routine. Professional and knowledgeable staff make this process not only comfortable, but actually pleasant ~ love to see all the toxins leave my body. If you are hesitant to try, think it will be smelly, embarrassing or weird - its not at all. I think you will be surprised at how great you feel afterwards and how easy the process truly is.
