Clean, beautiful studio at a convenient Lincoln Ave location. Friendly staff. Barre classes are phenomenal! Cycle classes are more like soul cycle than traditional interval classes. Fun workouts and the environment is upbeat, happy and great for all levels. Childcare available as are showers with everything you need: shampoo, body wash, conditioner and towels. Bike shoe rentals, mats, props available. Come as you are and leave feeling better!

This exercise studio is spectacular. There are 3 studio spaces, offering Barre, Interval & Cycle. The space is spacious, loft like feel and ceilings and yet still warm.I love the cycling, its an intense but fun experience. This is my happy place.

Locally owned, clean, modern exercise studio offering Barre, Bike/Spin, and Hiit (high intensity interval) with a very knowledgable, professional staff and warm workout community. A super plus for working professionals is the class schedule - 5am to 7pm - so if you miss your morning workout you can still try to get it in later in the day. For those super on the run, you can also grab an organic salad for lunch after your workout before you head into work.

Most energizing workout I have had in a long time! To be able to do a 45-60 min workout, burn massive amounts of calories and leave feeling even more energized and uplifted than when you went in, is a great feeling. Its how you get addicted to exercise! That is what Lift has done for me. I started with the bike classes... music is amazing, mood setting is great with dark, candlelight room and/or black lights, instructors are motivating and inspiring and make the workout fun and fly by. But the great thing at Lift is that they offer more than just one format of exercise. After I was hooked on bike, I decided to mix my routine up in order to prevent burnout or plateau, and started taking the Heated HIIT and Barre classes there. They were equally amazing and such a great workout- I am sore in new places after each class, which reminds me I am working new areas and pushing myself. Heated HIIT is like no other class I have taken. Its strength training, HIT and yoga/barre all in one. I leave exhausted, but feeling strong after. I was hesitant about Barre, thinking it would be too easy or similar to yoga, but for me these are some of the most challenging classes- I have never felt the burn like I do in there- in a good way!The studio is super bright, clean, fresh and welcoming. They have the BEST apparel for sale as well. Seriously a one stop shop for all my fitness needs. The staff are all friendly and energetic. The instructors are amazing and you can tell they love to do what they do, have been trained well and put a lot of time and effort into each class they teach.I highly recommend LIFT to anyone- new, experienced and everything in between- looking for a great, fun, positive and energizing workout and studio.
