I am a Not GYM person and This GYM motivates me to get started and not to quit! Is all you need. The money is worth it. I love it! Is very clean. The staff is very nice! They really care about you and your health. I have a tight schedule and they have an app where you can schedule classes and plan yourself with time to get it done!

Nice club with several amenities such as swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, aquatic exercise classes, exercise equipments, weight lifting, fitness classes, yoga, massages. Friendly staffs, and trainers. It is next to Silver Creek Sportsplex with plenty of parking spaces. Open spaces with hill side view. There is a trail behind the complex which goes all the way to Morgan Hill. Have been a member of the club since 2006.

Swim lessons for the kids. Clean and small class sizes are a plus.

Staff here are friendly and keep the facility in excellent condition. Classes are well run. And spa staff are great! It is pricey, but never too crowded and always clean.

Awesome gym! Very new and clean! Offers tons of classes everyday from weight classes to stretching classes to kickboxing. They also offer a swimming pool, smoothie&snack bar, sitting area to watch tv and chill, big and clean locker rooms offering lockers that don’t require you to bring your own lock, saunas, steamrooms, plenty of towels, massages, and more. Lots of nice equipment too. You definitely pay the price for all of these things but it’s been worth it for me.

Love this place. The place is always clean and everyone helps keep it that way.

Ive had a great experience going to ClubSport San Jose. Having managed a boutique gym in the past, Im very pleased with my experience so far. The front desk staff is extremely friendly, the COVID-19 adjustments/cleanliness are great, and theyve even built out the outdoor area more for better spacing.

Love the chill vibe! Its very welcoming compared to many other gyms focused on looks and superiority.

This has always been a clean gym but it was spotless. I reserved time at the pool which is indoors but there were plenty of available machines and weights outdoors.

ClubSport is the best gym in San Jose! The facility has all the latest top notch equipment. Its like a playground for fitness enthusiasts. They also offer all the bells and whistles for amenities. I worked out at ClubSport San Jose Health and Fitness Gym during the last half of July through the end of August 2015 (total of 4 weeks) on a Groupon. This place is terrific. The owner (Mike Verdugo) is energetic, fun, and motivating, and I love when he trains. I also love when Beatriz trains. Her body is ridiculous, and shes extremely down to earth, nice, and motivating in the right (positive) way.

I go to Club Sport San Jose. It was a pleasant workout place and enjoy the relaxing. I last couple days there are incidents happen that involves battery inside the club. It raise a safety concern. The club management need to take ani immediate seriously action to guaranty the safety of the member.

I have been a member since this club was Called CLUB ONE. Club SPORT used to be the best fitness health club in the Bay Area. It is saddening me to see the club is no longer kept clean anymore. The weight room is often dusty and dirty towel all over the floor. The men steam room is smelling and the thermostat is not working properly . People has to constantly pour water in the thermostat in Order to get steam to come out . People have been complained about these issues and the management has done nothing to address our concerns. Membership is not cheap $115 per month we deserve better service than that.

This gym is awesome, great classes but now i regret joining it. The reason to join this gym is because they offered 2 classes that I really loved(was very excited about them). I joined in late December 2018, little did I know that those classes would no longer be valid with the regular membership in 2019. The sales team is very good at selling their product, I give them that but caring for their members, thats a ????.

Clean, caring, organized, and friendly

Ive been coming here for over a year and it offers ever amenity you could possibly think of; from turf, Olympic weightlifting equipment, kettbells, punching/kicking bags to a yoga room, spin room and a standard gym full of plenty of equipment. The locker room is very clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. I recommend this gym to anyone seeking to join one.

I attended the zumba class for the first time this morning. I super love the place, it is amazing! Its huge, very clean and staff were all nice and accommodating!! They offer many different classes aside from zumba.The location is excellent! Its near to where I live! The only set back for me is the cost of membership 🤔 but I do understand coz they need it to keep the business going. Its a 5 star rating for me!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It’s a rip off . Charging so much even for kids. It’s totally useless

This is an awesome gym. Super clean locker rooms/showers, lots of equipment and a very friendly staff. My only complaint is that they could use one more squat rack to avoid long waits during peak hours.

Clean place

I am disappointed that I have to go from feeling like five stars review to one. Was a member for over a year and had to cancel due to moving out of the state. I had a credit on my account for almost 96$. When we canceled the membership we were told that no person was around to do the paperwork but that we would get a call right away about the credit to our account. Three days passed and no call. We had to call them and then when we did again no one was able to assist. Right before we left it felt like all the staff around could just scan your card and not make a simple decision about anything. Wish after all that time of being a member I could have left without feeling like that.

The people in charge are really committed to customer service, and the facility is beautiful and has everything you might want to stay in shape and have fun doing it. Just dont be caught by the 30-day notice to quit policy.

I dont understand why people are complaining about the customer service or the price. The customer service has been excellent and the environment justifies the price. The staff works hard to frequently clean up the locker rooms. There are a variety of group classes to choose from and they are never crowded.

Terrible place to take your kids for swimming, extremely impolite staff. Specially the director of aquatics Kathelene changes rules on the fly, does not inform parents about the change leading to disappointed kids
