Dr. Raju is very good gastroenterologist, Im pretty happy with him for a very long time

Weve been seeing Dr. Raju for years and hes always professional and personable. I would recommend Dr. Raju for your colonoscopy which were all supposed to be having by the time were 50 years old! -:)

Most unprofessional and rude doctor I’ve ever met. No follow up whatsoever after my procedure, the front desk lady calls with basic info days later who can’t answer my questions because she’s not a doctor! What’s more is Dr. Raju is inconsiderate to his appt times (30 mins late for phone appt) and sounded annoyed that I wanted information on what he found in the procedure. Avoid this office at all costs.

This office is the most unprofessional establishment in the world.Paulina needs customer service training. Rude incompetent. Hung up on me while I was asking why no one returned my calls (very calmly) because it caused a lot of undue stress, when I had a procedure scheduled in a few days I would have liked someone to check in on the preperation. She said shed cancel my appointment and hung up on me, when I didnt want to cancel but who wants to deal with a cold hearted rude person. Not me. Unfriendly team. Horrible horrible.This doctors office never answer their phone. You could call 25 times in one day, but they wont answer.You could leave a message, which by the way the recording says only leave one message but they wont return your call.Youll call ten more times over three or four days, which is unprofessional and adds anxiety to ones life, but they wont call you back.I suggest you find another doctor to avoid the stress and anxiety.The doctors wife apologized

Dr. Raju is extremely nice and takes time to explain and answer questions. 10/10 would recommend.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Doctor.Office staff extremely rude. Unreasonable bill amounts. Never returns calls. The doctor acts as if hes better than us and doesnt have the time for us, which is one reason the communication skills there are weak. The office staff also do not let you communicate with the doctor.And overall his practice and skills as a doctor are doubtful and this considering what he chooses to give as an appropriate antidote, is actually what other doctors are considering not advisable....look at his yelp reviews if you want to know more.
