I went in and asked them if they could do fantasy hair coloring last week. They told me they could and then showed me a picture of somebody they did the prior week. I showed them them a picture of mermaid style hair that I wanted and we agreed on the price. I asked them how long it would take and they said one hour. When I got to the chair the lady who did my hair began arguing with what seemed to be the owner on how to do it. Another lady also came over and joined the argument. The three of them argued throughout the whole process to get it done. Then when it was “done” it was mostly green instead of pinks and purples. We were not happy and asked them to fix it. They added some pink over the green and it looked pretty good but it took over 3 hours. Now it has been a week and I have only washed my hair once with cold water and safe shampoo yet the colors are almost completely out of my hair now as if I have had it for weeks. No idea what other services they offer but I will not go back. They were unprofessional and poor quality. Avoid this business.

My hair stylist, Anh (Annie), is great. She works Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I have curly hair and she does a good job cutting it right so in a couple weeks it still looks good. So many hair stylists can’t get this right snd she does a great job. Highly recommended!

I could do without the muttered complaints in another language Anh makes under her breath. I brought pictures of the front and back of an A-line hair cut, which is all hard, sharp angles and very short in the back. Anh Thien Phan faced me away from the mirror so I couldnt see what she was doing, then proceeded to cut a weird rounded cut reminiscent of a Texan soccer mom. It was long in the back and short in the front and rounded around my face; nothing like the pictures I brought. I asked if she could cut it shorter in the back and longer in the front so it would have an A-line angle.She muttered complaints under her breath then argued with me that this was what I wanted. I asked her if there were any rounded edges in the picture. She said the picture didnt show the edges. That doesnt make any sense. What did she think I was showing her pictures of? It was clearly an A-line haircut with a sharp angle and short back.The first round of repairs ended with one side an A-line and the other side rounded and frumpy. She thought this looked like the picture.Shed already cut off too much in the front on one side for the length of A-line bob I wanted. To fix it, so I wouldnt look like a frumpy soccer mom, I had to go much shorter on one side so as to have A-line angles on both sides, but the back is lopsided as a result.She complained that I should have asked for an A-line in the beginning. I told her I did. I showed her pictures and suggested she face me to the mirror so I can see what shes doing. I could have corrected the mistake before it happened if I could have seen what she was doing.I would not go back.
