Worst doctor ever. Appointment at 11:30, waited till 12pm to get called into the office. Was told doctor will be right there in 1-2 minutes. I waited until 12:25pm, nod doctor ever came in, and they are closing at 12:30pm. Too frustrated with the service, I didn’t even care to see the doctor. Also, no bathroom for patients!! Have a little respect of patients’ time because we all have jobs and work too….

If you want to meet GOD, you can go to Dr. Siao Donald. I m alive just because of this doctor. God bless u my favorite Doctor ❤️

Best doctor in Bay Area, busy and in demand always , kind and caring. waiting time in hospital is the only concern, ended up for more than 40 mins almost every visit 😓to meet Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr Siao for over 1 year now. I left Kaiser Foundation to find Dr. Siao ,thank God for that. The two women he has working his front desk are very professional, kind, polite & considerate when talking to you about your needs and making appointments. Dr. Siao is a great Dr. When it comes to taking care of my medical needs such as labs and so on. He truly cares about my health and well being. A very attentive & compassionate Dr.

I was searching for a primary physician for some time and decided to go in and see Dr. Siao. After my first visit I knew I would be in good hands. He was very intuitive and listened to what I was looking for in a doctor. I felt very comfortable letting him know what concerns and questions I had regarding my health. If you are looking for a primary physician for you and your family I highly recommend going to see Dr Siao!

Awesome Doctor or Healer. Dr Siao has been mine & my familys (4-girls n 2-boys) physician for over 25 years. He goes above & beyond the call of duty & hes about his patients, not money, anything else or fame/prestige...although he should be.......I truly thank God for this incredible blessing or gift called Dr Donald Siao. If youre going to be sick, Dr. Siaos is the place to go. Hes the most compassionate Doc Ive ever had! Hes great. His staff is amazing too!

I thought I was the only one experiencing these issues.. He sent a wrong lab test, so I had to go back and spend 300$ again on a blood test. I originally thought I was wrong, and the 5 star reviews were right and decided to go against all the negative reviews on yelp. I should have run from this guy..

Best Doctor l ever had in my life.

I have been a patient of Doctor Donald Siao’s for about a decade. From the very first visit to this day he is exactly the type of doctor I am looking for, and to be honest, require. When he first entered the Exam Room, he shook my hand, introducing himself, then took a seat. Before even touching on the reason for my first visit, Doctor Siao asked questions about me as a person, my life and my family. Not only was he sincerely listening, he remembered it all at my next visit about 4 months later. This tells me that he is interested in the whole person, not just the reason for the visit. It also means that he understands that he understands that knowledge of a person’s everyday life can have effects to one’s health. Double whammy!!Another exceptional aspect of Doctor Siao is that he will spend the time required to help the patient in front of him. This often leads to him falling behind in his schedule. However, if you are current patient of his, you really don’t mind, because you know he is only doing his ABSOLUTE best for the patient in front of him, and when you are called in, and receive the same level of service. He commonly works through his lunches to catch up, and though his scheduled office hours ending at 17:.00, I have taken his 0last appointed of the day, and he has spent time with my until 19:00. A full 2 hours late. Now, I am not going to lie, not all that time was with me, but it demonstrates his ABSOLUTE commitment to his patients.He is very popular with his patients. His front office staff is VERY efficient, however, given patients dedicated to Doctor Siao, so they can get overwhelmed, which is ABSOLUTELY NOT their fault. It is simple cost of doing business with a very, very good empathetic, companionate, caring about each person as the whole person, how much concern he has for each and every patient’s life.THE Stand Out on staff member is Doctor Donald Siaos absolute Right Hand, probably Left hand as well, Raul. I suppose some people could consider him imposing as he stands about 6’3”. He is actually incredibly thoughtful, caring, compassionate and empathetic. He is fairly soft spoken, very gentle and has a very dry sense of humor, to which I have to say, yes please!! If ANYTHING goes wrong with an insurer, a pharmacy or durable medical goods vendor. Raul WILL get things straightened out within 2 hours, 90% of the time. He is relentless as an advocate for you as a patient if there is the slightest roadblock to you receiving the treatment needs that Doctor Siao has determined necessary for you.Doctor Siao’s Bedside manner is not limited to your previous appointment and your current appointment. He will regularly ask about updates on something you may have mentioned as much as 5 years ago for me. His smile is constant and infectious, which automatically puts me at ease, even when I have had double pneumonia. His laugh, wow, talk about infectious. He laughs at something funny, regardless of how bad you may feel, you simply feel the driving need to join him to join him in laughing!I would never change PCP’s unless the unexpected happens or if he chooses to retire. I am giving him fair warning now. Should he retire, I would by two houses on either side of his house. One for me and my wife. The other for Raul, with one room set up as a perfectly sterile and fully appointed exam room, with an X-Ray machine in the basement, along with a lobotomist and X-Ray tech.

Dr Siao is down to earth. I agree he listens, never rushes you, is always attentative to ur needs or complaints. I, my daughter and g.son see him, also over 20yrs. He is always worth the wait.. lol.. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.. he rocks!! :)

Dont think I have seen a worse doctor.. You will probably believe the the reviews here and think he is amazing. Read the horror stories on Yelp. Over the 1 year that I have seen him, I have experienced the horror stories in the yelp reviews over and over again. He is neither that busy or that good a doctor. Unlike other doctors who will only take 1 patient at a time and will limit the number of patients, he does not. He will double/triple/quadruple book appointments, wont return phone calls, will say something will do something else.I am sure you wont believe this and think the 5star reviews are correct. Btw the 5star reviews on WebMD are there because nobody can log into webmd to leave comments anymore.. Pretty sure most of the reviews here are fake or are from friends of Siao.. (all of them have 1 reivews newly created accounts). Will be reporting this guy.
