Worst eye doctor weve seen in our life. My father had issue on the left eye, and on the surgery day, she was confused and almost performed surgery operation on my dads right eye. Unbelievable.

The honesty is alway at the top of my list plus friendly. I wish for music and more Vietnamese articles and news while in the waiting room or VN tv channel even better

The office environment was so loud. All front desk ladies talked and laughed so loud besides calling to remind patients appointments. They didnt concentrate to work, but when old patients asked for helping to fill out some papers. They refused!Another thing, doctors tried to talk so loud in little rooms to old patients because they had hearing problems. Doctors should close doors to keep patients privacy. The another doctor, not Dr. Ngoc Nguyen, tried to pick in-grown eye lashes for my mom. She just took out a twizzer from her pocket without sanitizer. After she twizzed eye- lashes out, she put it back to her pocket. I doubted, she would use it again to other patients.Over all, Dr. Ngoc was nice, but bad management!
