Had a fall on my wrist. Just had Open Reduction Internal Fixation Surgery on 10/16/19. Im Painfree. I had top quality care compared to a previous surgery on my left wrist. I would Definitely recommend Dr Farr. I will be back to myself sooner than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Farr

My mom was referred to Farr Morteza. When we got to his clinic my moms worst nightmare came true. Firstly, the clinic was located on the second floor, not on the first floor, rm101 as stated on the referral. The Iranian receptionist, told us to leave the clinic and come back after her lunchtime 1.15pm. My mom was on a wheelchair; we waited outside till 1..15pm, then went back to the clinic. The same rude receptionist bawled at my mom and ,me to come back by 1.30pm, she was not yet done with her luch. She would not allow us to use the restroom.. when we came back by 1.30pm, we were made to wait for another hour before seen by a physician, a different physician not Farr Morrteza, whom we were referred to.. I just cannot imagine how people that do not care for the sick and handicap would be in empathy driven profession like the receptionist at the clinic. This clinic is a mess, do not go there with your loved ones.

The first time I saw Dr.Farr is when I sprained my left foot. Dr.Farr scheduled me for x rays. Dr.Farr then gave me a choice between Physical Therapy & a cast. I chose the cast option. A few weeks later his Assistant removed my cast and my ankle was good. At my next appointment I twisted my right ankle. This time his Assistant had me take ex-rays right away, not even having seen Dr.Farr first. Dr.Farr never wastes a patients time with unnecessary appointment. He gets straight to the point & takes care of the pain.

Another doctor screwed up my Dads hip repair (pain, leg shortened by 1). It failed completely 4 years later and Dr Farr replaced the ball of the hip. After that, Dads leg was the right length and the pain was gone. In addition, Farr intervened with our preferred rehab center to get him accepted (they had turned Dad down for a previous rehab).Dr. Farr was very helpful and informative when we talked to him about Dads condition.

Wait time is over an hour each time. Doctor does not spend more than 5 mins with each patient and has very little professionalism and care for patients.

Got here early like requested and the front desk girl was ten mins late. My son was waiting in hallway with his broken leg.... appt at 115 but not seen till 200.... ughhhhh....
