Professional, courteous, polite, Dr. Carson was great and so was his staff. Highly recommend him. He knows his stuff and is not into unnecessary procedures, he offered to remove some ageing spots but said it was not necessary just cosmetic. I received a Thorough examination. In and out quickly.

Excellent medical practice for all your Dermatology needs. In my case it was exceptionally easy and quick to get an appointment. The front-end staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Carson is a wonderful, professional, physician with excellent diagnostic skills. I highly recommend this location. Easy access on the second floor at the Good Samaritan Medical Plaza in South San Jose on Blossom Hill. Lots of convenient and free parking.

I visit the skin institute on blossom hill in South San Jose, where I generally see Lauren. She is very kind and very understanding and also very knowledgeable about skin care. She diagnosed me with pustular rosacea (after I had been misdiagnosed by 2 general practitioners, leaving my whole face swollen and in massive amounts of pain) and had the whole situation calmed down entirely within a month, after providing pretty immediate relief the day I saw her.If youre having skin issues it seems pretty worth it to see a specialist, if youre going to see a specialist, then I recommend Lauren.

It is almost a year I am visiting Dr. Carson Kent. He is wonderful and knowledgeable. He listen to you and try to offer the best solution for your problems. He is fair! Try to skip unnecessary visits and asked me to call for any questions or refill instead of office visits.

I dont appreciate being asked to sign patient responsibility forms, if the office is unable to also share how much a visit might cost. After expressing my displeasure, I was offered the information that for a first visit paid out of pocket, an office visit might cost anywhere between $68-$156, but that these were discounted prices, and my payment could be more, going through insurance.

Impossible to get anyones attention for an appt. I filled out an online form, someone called, I called back and only get recordings. I have called 3 xs and left messages but one now calls back. What would it take for them to call back and schedule an appt??

I have psoriasis for 15 years I have tried ointments, sprays, even sun tanning nothing helped until I went to the California skin institute right away they give me medications that help clear out my psoriasis I am very thankful to the doctors and staff.

They told they the bill will waived and yet they send me the bill to my address and now they threaten me they will take too the collection to runie my credit
