Ive been going to Dr. Azzarellis office for my routine cleanings and checkups for several years, and I have only good things to say about them. The scheduling staff are friendly and helpful, and the clinical team is always looking to improve their processes and practices based on the latest research. Every time I visit, Im confident that Im getting some of the best dental care possible. Dr. A has shown to be efficient, sharp, and thoughtful in her work, both in simple checkups as well as more complex procedures like filling cavities.The hygienists are great. Over just a few years, my regular hygienist Faye managed to get me from flossing 2-3 times a month, to flossing once a day. Unlike other hygienists Ive met in the past who simply asked how often have you been flossing? and made me feel guilty, Faye took a more supportive, encouraging approach, by educating me on the importance of flossing and offering some ways for me to make sure its a permanent part of my daily routine.When I was younger, I never thought I could actually enjoy visiting the dentist. The staff at Hillsdale Dental Care have definitely proved me wrong, and my teeth have never been healthier.

One of my crowns had come off, but I was not in pain. I needed it replaced soon, but not urgently. I was impressed with how quickly Hillsdale Dental could schedule my appointment. Like most people, Im concerned about safe practices due to the pandemic, but it was clear that they had already taken this into consideration, and I felt safe. Dr. Azzarelli gave me confidence by explaining what happened and why, what she was going to do, and what I need to do long term. At each step of the procedure, she handed me a mirror and explained what she was doing. The process was quick, and my original crown is back and place. I am pleased by the results, and I strongly recommend Dr. Azarelli.
