I had deep clean and normal clean july last year 2019 to 2020 but when i paid all the times when Im done already but few months they send a bill to my house so many times, i dont know why they charged more

Wait time is always a little long. I’m terrified of the dentist. But the woman who attended to my cleaning was always the nicest and gentle. I told her I was nervous. Also the dentist are understanding and non judgemental.

Went here today to take my daughter, she got xrays and exam no cleaning have to bring her back for that and that sucked!!Front desk ladies dont even greet you,rude you stand in front of them and they dont care..I am DA and front desk and staff have to be nice and polite to patients!.Da was nice and Doctor too.

Worst dentist ever, i went there with a lot of pain so they said i had an infection but refuse to give me antibiotics until i go to an endodontics that they want to referral me instead only give me ibuprofen wich i can get over the counter on any pharmacy, so basically went there to waist my time and money just to get ibuprofen wich aint doing anyting to the pain.

I came here when I was about 13 years old I am 19 now. The older Indian woman was working on my teeth so aggressively I was yelling in pain. She told me not to move as she shoved a needle into my mouth and yanked it out so furiously, my blood splat across my face. The saddest part about my experience was she was working on a child next to me and I could here him crying in sheer terror. I heard her tell the mother, Make him stop crying flat out. If you are someone with small children do not take them here. They will *traumatize* your children.

Worst dental, they took a whole year to finish with my root canal. They just kept rescheduling my appointment till today and wanted me to do cleaning and fillings to get more money out of insurance. Medi-cal covers them but if you dont want to waste your valuable time, dont go here.The doctor is nice but the whole management is just a joke.

The employees take double parking in a lot for about 12 cars. Patients have to park a few blocks away and some park at the entrance blocking the entrance and on the fire lane. Good luck trying to get out, while half your face is numb.

I have an infected tooth thats been causing me trouble for months, the problem escalated until it was keeping me up every night and sending shooting unbearable pain through the right side of my head. Ive been getting a root canal done there on a different tooth for months (yes they spread one appointment out for that long) and telling them of the problems for months as well. They wouldnt listen, eventually I had to go to urgent care who said I needed to see a dentist immediately (yeah, about that...)There office could care less and refuses to fit me in anywhere for an appointment for the other tooth since they werent done with the first.Anyway antibiotics from the hospital helped a bit with pain and I had gotten to the point where I was disoriented all the time and losing my balance randomly, its still iffy but at least the hospital was willing to help with what can apparently be a life threatening tooth infection. Feels an awful lot like malpractice to me. Stay away from this office, they put bureaucracy first and dont seem to care whatsoever about dental emergencies.

Wait time was my complaint, it took over an hour and the ladies were very sassy, bitchy, annoying, and out right aggressive

Worst of the worst place on earth it took me 30 minutes to find parking!!! Staff are rude! Dental people seems nervous when doing the cleaning... uggghhhh NOT THIS PLACE😣😣😣😣😣

They took 26 xrays of my teeth and it hurt so much.
