This place is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I got my nails done with a beautiful design and the pedicure was just as delicious. The ten minute massage was so good on my calves. I highly recommend everyone who does their nails to give this place a try. They use organic products that will also improve the health of your nails.

Hello everyone, I was looking for a good facial place in San Jose area. After lot of research and reading the reviews online, I decided to visit Renu21. My treatment was with Susan who is a thorough professional, she understands and does proper skin analysis before recommending you a treatment.She did the derma treatment for my skin as she suggested it was dehydrated and had congestions. I am someone who doesn’t use much chemical products, I usually keep things simple and for facial I like a good massage followed by face mask etc. But treatment with Susan was different. After the session, my skin did look supple, and it was glowing. I ended up paying over $150 for one session so it is on an expensive side. After 2-3 days of treatment, my skin is back to the usual self (dry). So, it is not like one session will change your skin dramatically.

This is the best nail salon on the peninsula. I drive from 45 minutes away just to go here. It is clean, safe, has a lot of options for colors and designs, reasonably priced and my nails last every time. The jelly pedicure is fantastic. And Facials by Susan have turned my skin around. Its worth the drive every time.

This is my fav nail place for dip nails and gel pedis!!! I am so sad they are closed due to COVID but cannot await they day until they reopen. Even though I live in North San Jose I will drive down here because they have the best products, the best staff, and the cleanest services.This is my go-to nail salon and I have really liked the results every time Ive left. Even if I had a quick chip or break after the nails were done they were quick to get me back in and make things right!I do dip nails will never go back to doing anything else! The dip is hard enough so that it doesnt flake on my nails like gel usually does and doesnt scuff off like polish. It also helps me not pick at my nails which I can do when I get nervous or anxious!Their facials are also ON POINT! Susan and Mark are seriously the best owners and run a clean. honest, and fabulous salon that is so amazing!

Hannah is awesome for dip powder and gives the best pedicures and the owners Mark and Susan are super friendly and have the best customer service.

Do yourself a big favor: get a facial here and ask for Susan. 👍🏻 She got rid of milia that I had been trying to get rid of for YEARS.

Incredible experience at Renu21!! Ive never had a facial before, but my face was in desperate need of some attention after a couple stressful months. The owner was so kind, personable and knowledgeable! My face looks and feels 1000% better than when I arrived. And I left with a better understanding of what my face needs in terms of skincare. She didnt try to push and products on me, only suggested that any organic products are better for long term use. I will definitely be back for more pampering WITH my husband!

We didnt have an appointment but they got me and my daughter right in. Love the idea of organic nail. The dip process was fast. No strong odors like youll experience in salons using chemicals. Price was a bit high but you get quality nails.

What a clean and positive energy environment. Prior salons, lots of talking among staff in a language I did not understand. Would have to get my acrylics touched up every 2 weeks. At Renu21 my dip nails last over 3 weeks. Great employees and services. Facial from Susan was outstanding.

I frequently passed by this place while taking my dogs to pet smart or shopping at TJ Maxx. Just decided to give this place a try the other day and it was awesome! I took my little brother with me the other day to get a facial done as well. I personally got the organic facial which was very relaxing. The esthetician properly removed my makeup, steamed my face, extracted my acne, and brought my skin back to life! She was very gentle on my skin and even offered me hot tea, water, or organic juice at the end of our session. For his first time, my brother got the teen/acne facial. He said he has never felt more relaxed and had his pores feel so clean. Overall we both had a good experience. The shop was also nice and clean, would definitely recommend my family and friends to check this place out. As a definitely plus, their products are organic too!
