I went here weekly for prenatal massages in 2015. I always came in walking with a limp due to an inflamed sciatica that was very painful. I always walked out without pain. The therapists were amazing. I had bought a 5 for the price of 4 package that really worked out for me. All therapists were really good and knew how to handle prenatal massages. One wasnt very good and I avoided her after. The downsides were that the restroom needed more cleaning/ maintenance. On some days it was below par. the parking just below the spa was fantastic, easy to get to. I used to get my massages on friday afternoon, which made parking also easier. I cant say anything about their other services. This location does not have a spa/ steam room etc. which their san jose location has for the same price, I didnt want to drive that far. Also, being opposite to Burke Williams they do have competition when it comes to a day spa. In spa was cheaper and for me, I actually got better prenatal massages here than Burke Williams. After the package, it was 75/- a massage.
Went to Lavander Spa before and mani was very bad.Went to inSpa, thought if i pay 10$ more its going be better- what a big mistake. Master was nice but she was very messy cutting cuticles ( so was cutting asking just everywhere) messy with filing nails as all the nails were different shape and ect. Simply didnt know any basis of manicure. I know this is the standard over hear but it doesnt mean that you dont need to improve the level of service. Not worth at all.
Pedicures here are actually comfortable instead of painful.
