Wow. Tania is a truly talented practitioner. We did a special blend of EMDR, ART, and SE. It felt like magic. Since the session, I have left a relationship I felt disempowered in, but stuck choosing from old childhood wounds. We worked on those memories while in session, and the next day it seemed like I reached my breaking point in that connection. I’ve never ended a connection I felt so drawn to with so much ease. I am now dating more aligned people, living with less anxiety, and more in my power. Tania’s energy as a practitioner is so full of loving acceptance, I felt very safe and open to go to those sensitive places with ease. I felt fully supported, and a shift that’s hard to put words to. Deeply healing and pivotal. Tanya’s session of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART, related to EMDR) was very helpful and profound. I did not know wholly what to expect. I had intentions of what to work on and without too much talk Tania had me feeling comfortable and into the work. She was with me the whole way, starting with a scene and the associated sensations in my body. My topics were emotionally charged, but her careful pacing, attentiveness and my trust in her allowed me to stretch. She would pay close attention, monitoring and guiding. Tania used various skills and suggestions that felt right for each moment and adjusting as the session progressed.The results: amazing. I felt a deep sigh of relief, relaxation and new comfort within myself. I also felt more connected to others. And she anchored this new state and what I learn so I can use it in situations throughout my week and into the future. All that and less than an hour. I would highly recommend Tania and this work!
