The rating goes for the people in the front desk. I was offered a promotion with free retainers. Braces have been paid off about 1 or 2 years ago. About 2/3 months ago I was told I needed to pay a $2000 balanced I owed. I told them it wasnt possible because it was an agreement they had with me and promotion of $2000 off on my braces with free retainers and the only reason I went through with getting the braces. Manger then came out and told the receptionist it was okay. About 1 month ago I am ready to get my braces off and AGAIN i was told that now i have to pay $1000 for my retainers in order to get my brackets off! That the promotion they had doesnt exit anymore. I was told I could apply for credit with them but they will not take off my braces if and only I pay them the $1000. Very disappointed because they do not honor any of their agreements. And every chance they get they WILL make you spend. And if you think you got a good promotion they lied. They will eventually not honor anything and change up the agreement. Also, make sure you get a copy of your payments because it has also happened to me in the back where I owed another payment when I was almost done with paying everything off already.The staff in the back, excellent work! they will engage with you every visit. But their isnt a consistent Dr. so each Dr. that goes will have different plans or sometimes they will skip your monthly check up because one is not available.

I took my son to braces treatment in this place and I regret ever second! $4k on the trash!He now is starting in a new place ....
