My teeth were in real bad shape and I couldnt open my jaw wide enough for the doctor to work on them, so I was referred to another specialist in the same building. Once the initial problem is solved, I will definitely return to Dr. Shimizu for further care.Office staff was very polite, accommodating and professional. The doctor was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The best part was I WASNT CHARGED A THING! I have already recommended him to someone.

Very friendly staff. I usually get nervous when I go to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. I was quite impressed with how up to date all their equipment is. The Doctor as well as the staff took good care of me and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. They took their time to examine my teeth and also explained in detail all the work that needed to be done. I would really recommend them.

My husband and I are so pleased with how we were checked and treated by all personnel. We just moved from different state and we found this dental clinic has high ratings and review and yes, I really agree with the ratings. They are really explaining things the way a non-dental aligned person can understand the current case and even the future state id not monitored, treated or so. I had my son also be checked here for his next appointment.

Decent dental work, every time I would come here for a routine cleaning it always felt like they were trying to up sell. I know they had to pay for the remodeling , but don’t push on extra services to someone . Moved to a different dentist and get better dental care without the upsell hassle.

I had a root canal go bad from a previous Dentist. Dr Grant was able to get my bouts in tip top shape again in order to eventually get an implant in. The staff is completely professional and so helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. The office is conveniently located right off the freeway with ton of parking.

Ive been going here for a couple of years and its been great. The staff is super friendly and they motivated me to actually floss. Ive had wisdom teeth removed and a root canal done here. Both procedures were done gently and quickly.

Dr. Shimizu’s gave me the most extensive check-up I’ve ever had for my teeth and I was extremely pleased with his care and knowledge. Everyone at the office is very nice and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them for your dental work.

My son has been seeing Dr. Shimizu for a couple of years now and we are very happy with all the dental procedures. The hygenists are wonderful and thorough. Dr. filled in several cavities my son had and took care of high concern areas with gentle and loving hands! He brought my sons teeth back to a safe place. My son recently had the Sensational Smile procedure after his cleaning and my sons teeth went from being yellow to a lovely off white (and it has only been 1 day!). We are so glad we found this office because the staff is so helpful and supporting and everyone is on a first name basis. Dr. Shimizu and all his hygienists are meticulous in their work and take time to explain any issues and questions we might have regarding our care. His administrative staff always greet us with a smile. They are extremely helpful Because of my work schedule, I often made changes in my appointments, sometimes last minutes, yet they managed to find ways to accommodate my needs. My sons, who are now in their twenties, recalled going to the dentist was always a pleasant experience because of Dr. Shimizu’s wonderful staff. Needless to say, Dr. Shimizu remains our family’s dentist.

Ive been going there for almost two decades. The friendly staff knows what its doing. The hygienists get my teeth cleaned, gums healthy, and on my way. I dont even request which hygienist to use. Theyre all great. And, when you need it, Dr. Shimizu has the experience to handle advanced dental work. The front desk team deals with my insurance. The team knows the process backward and forwards.For my two boys, I once tried a different local dentist office that specialized in kids. One word: yikes. Now that I know better, our whole family goes to Dr. Shimizu and team, who are excellent with kids.
