Stay away from this dental clinic!!! I booked an appointment using my Medical Dental Program. When I arrived they did a few x-rays and dentist gave me a referral paper to a private clinic. She refused to do the treatment in this community center. I then went to the private clinic that I was referred to only to find that the same dentist runs that practice. she told me I will have to pay $3000 out of pocket to do my treatments. I refused and went to another dentist to did the treatment with my medical insurance. The Foothill Health Community Center is very unethical because they wont serve the patients..they just schedule patients to then refer to their private clinic.

Extremely stressing out on my daughters medical insurance approval taking forever to go through which contributed to her being really late on her immunizations . I went to different clinics which they wanted to charge me money I did not have or give me a appointment in a few weeks. I stumbled upon this little clinic that wasn’t too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff members in this clinic were awesome ! They seen my daughter the same day. The assistant that gave my daughter immunization shots was extremely fast and professional and kind to my children and I . She didn’t criticize or scold or ask a bunch of question on why she was so late on her shots . She gave my baby seven shots and explained everything she was going to do before she did it . My daughter is up to date now and they schedule appointment for a physical exam and dental appointment for her . that’s amazing NOW My baby is going to see a dentist next week really made it a lot easier for me . My son has me super busy on all his medical problems and specialists he has to see I don’t think I would be taking her to dentist so soon BUT LIKE I SAID THIS LITTLE CLINIC IS AWESOME AND THE STAFF IS GREAT . They really are caring and helping . Thankyou foothill community clinic .

The service at the front desk is what you except for a low income clinic. Bare minimum. We visited the Medical side to their clinic. (They also have dental). We had a female Vietnamese PA (i forgot her name) that was nicest and very understanding with us. My girlfriend was seen by her and the PA was very comforting and non judgmental of her situation. We came back a couple of times to this location with that PA because of the quality care we received from her.

Worst experience- this place literally is a scam. Gave me some bogus reason to have schedule another appointment. Seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone.Also the lady at the front desk- before I could give her my spiel, rudely took the papers right out of my hand. No greeting, nothing. Following her question with my proof of income—-which was along with the paperwork she had grabbed. She’s flipping through the paperwork- ended up handing back to me.

The Asian lady dentist was so rude never going back to this clinic .I had never been to a dentist that has absolutely no manners .What could you possibly expect from a low income clinic .

Have been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour for my child’s APPOINTMENT. We arrived 15 minutes early to avoid being delayed. And yet .... here we still are.We have been waiting 1 hour for my sons APPOINTMENT. We arrived 15 minutes early to avoid being late and ... we are still waiting.
