ZERO STARS. The receptionist will not even let you finish your sentence before cutting you off with a meaningless answer. I called to ask simple questions regarding an accident I had and the lady was beyond careless everything had a no behind it. Don’t waste your time here.

Came here for MUCH needed back work due to sciatica and lumbar radiculopathy. After lengthy search I found this location. Filled out approx 10 new patient pages. Came across one I didnt feel comfortable signing and was told she could not do work because of past patients running away with a $5 check from insurance! I recommend going somewhere who will actually trust their patients and their insurance! Horrible experience!

Ive been here a few times now and have never had to wait, have always felt well taken care of and well informed. Cant speak to the negative reviewers experience but mine has been fantastic. Not only professional but personable as well. I would highly recommend them.

Back to Back is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been seeing them for over 5 years. They are like my family. As my adjustments go they are not just a get you in and get you out they really spend time heating you up, stretching you with the adjustment, and then helping you recover. Since I have been seeing Back to Back my shoulder I would have maybe 2-3 bad days a year as before it was 5-6 a month.I love Back to Back.

This place was very helpful, everything I needed was all taken care of in one place. The staff was extremely nice, informative, patient and nice I would highly recommend it....

These chiropractors were both highly recommended and I also know Dr. Noel Chivers personally. I had the opportunity to learn just how they treat people. Not all chiros are the same.

I have had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Noel Chivers on a number of occasions. His kind and cordial demeanour are a very important quality in a chiropractor. I have been going to chiros for much of my adult life and dont hesitate in recommending him.

I went to this chiropractor for a month,stopped going because he wasnt helping me, did the same thing every single visit, each visit was 15mins.$4000 for a month of visits is ridiculous, and it wasnt even a full month, the last chiropractor I went to gave full service,always changing up his adjustments on my back,would have went back but he had retired. When Chivers went on vacation his replacement I felt was much better,she exercised my shoulder which hurt,cracked my back and l can say I felt good after seeing her. These other reviews must be from friends and family,I would not recommend this place at all,felt like I had been scammed!!!!! See if this makes it on the review page,I doubt it..

I have been going to Back to Back for over 10 years. I have also been treated by both Dr. Chivers and Dr. Lahann-Chivers whether for my neck, shoulder, lower back or feet. They always know exactly how to treat any of my injuries. They always take the time needed to make me feel better. These two doctors are very dedicated to their patients. I would highly recommend Back to Back for anyone who needs to be treat like a person and not nameless face and number.

Went a couple off times, Wasnt happy at all, No real time spent with me, Seemed to be just a daily routine they go through, and when showing me my X-rays was told you have Whiplash, Look at the X-ray see how swollen your neck and back are Really ? Thought X-rays were to show broken bones, could be wrong,Good for the Insurance company they charge, But for me the patient Nothing, waited in the waiting room longer then with the Chiropractor, Wont be back.
