The doctor did not provide enough information and is not quite helpful. On my husbands most recent visit, the receptionist refused him just because his Anthem Bluecross insurance is secondary not primary. My husband also has Kaiser as primary. He was told this is a new policy, so even if my husband is an old patient and has been seen by the doc many times, he was refused to see the doctor this time after 50 mins drive. He has been waiting for quite a few weeks to get the spot. The receptionist is very rude. First it is not fair if people does not have Anthem as primary. Second, even if they have the right not to see patients with Kaiser as first insurance, they did not gather enough info before patients come to the office. It is wasting patients time and they do not care about patients at all. Please avoid them
