I found the stylist on Instagram and contacted her for a trim and balayage . Ashley was able to accommodate me within 4 days and stayed late till 8.30 because I could not make it before 6. She took her time with analyzing the right kinda products for my hair and explained the process as she proceeded . The salon too had a nice quirky feel . Overall a good experience and will definitely see her again in another 6-7 months !

Purchased the Groupon for a full color, deep conditioning and style with Brittany and very worth it! My experience with Brittany was wonderful! After texting back and forth to get an idea of what I want and she delivered. My hair is repaired. Feels like a feather but has the volume I want.

Groupon beware - Brittany is incredibly difficult to get ahold of and schedule with (doesn’t listen to voicemails - only reachable via texting) and at some points does not respond for weeks. We texted back and forth for months, she took 3 weeks to get back to me at one point only to tell me that she wouldn’t be able to see me for months ahead, by which time the Groupon would have expired. I’m glad she’s busy, she’s clearly very talented, but I was so disappointed in her disregard for my time and energy. Please don’t offer the groupon if you can’t honor it.
